Ich kann mich der negativen Meinung zum Support leider nur anschließen. Ich habe seit einem Jahr das balkonkraftwerk und den ersten smart meter. Seit einem halben Jahr keine stabile Verbindung zur App. Support konnte NIE helfen. Fragten mehrfach und immer wieder nach einer Rechnung ( lag vor/ wurde eingereicht). Kein austausch,keine hilfe,kein Upgrade auf den Smart Meter gen2. Nun bin ich es satt,bin auf den shelly 3em pro umgestiegen und tadaaaaaa: seit dem funktioniert die Verbindung. Anker ist vom Support eine nicht zu empfehlende Katastrophe. Obacht beim neukauf,wenn bessere Produkte in der pipeline/ Hinterhand sind,dann werden die deutlich schlechteren Produkte 'verscherbelt'.

Device percent remaining charge reduces during day even when nothing is drawing from device, sometimes considerably. More charging evolutions than expected based on know draw.

Quick response and follow up to make sure my problem was resolved

I am expanding my Anker Solix system. I tested with the Home Power Panel and one F3800 and I've added another F3800 and two expansion batteries. This system works super well. The app is easy to navigate and understand. I've configured time-of-day settings so that my home runs off battery during my utility's peak hours, and charges using the cheapest power. Overall very satisfied. I've also delt with support to return one of the faulty expansion batteries (temp sensor stopped working), and that process was also smooth. Quick response from support and RMA instructions were clear. I ran into a snag with FedEx not wanting to pickup the battery, and support also assisted me through that process.

Just awful experience. Bought direct from anker, then issues with courier meant I was asked to sort logistics. Engaged with anker and they said they would sort but item was then returned to them and I’ve now been told they won’t send to Northern Ireland despite their website saying they send within UK. Customer service happy to answer their own questions as opposed to customer questions. Still waiting on a refund. Waste of time and dread to think how supportive these guys would be if you really need them.

I love my Anker Solix C2000. I can power my RV and all the critical electrical circuits on my house in an emergency and recharge it with my solar panels.

My products (C1000 and PS400) arrived well packaged. After a month of near daily use, I haven’t had any issues. Hoping for years of worry free off grid power.

You folks have no idea how much I appreciate you. I live in a rural area on a 75 yr old house. My husband passed away 2 years ago from cancer and it's just me and my son. I damaged my shoulders from lifting and pulling my husband up as be battled so the gasoline generator is hard for me to pull start. My son works to help supliment income and goes to school. Often I am alone. What you have given me is peace of mind. I need to expand upon this one but it just isn't financially in the cards for a few more years. I couldn't believe it how fast it came. 3 days from order to my doorstep. And THAT night we lost power again! I had just bought groceries the day prior. I don't have to be terrified of and outage as much as I did before. I was able to get in on the $899 sale price. The very last day to be exact. One of these days when I'm old and gray I will be able to get sufficient back up power to run my well or my septic. Choose your poison I guess. I will wait to see what I am able to afford to get the 200 solar panel. To be as quiet as a mouse is important for safety with all the crazies running around. No one needs to know what you have. This protects my family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Forever grateful.

Love the product. Just used it to run vent for camper van. Just a little sad the next week it went on sale for about $200 cheaper.

I have three batteries. All great. The main reason for three, is their weight. We still have quite a ways to go in the energy storage to weight ratio.
