Product had issues, but Mina made it right
Our S2R Plus had repeated problems — handlebar, kickstand, error codes, and eventually both tires. Mina in support took it seriously, escalated the case, and got a replacement approved. She even shipped the new scooter first so I could reuse the box for the return. Even though the product had issues, Mina's service was outstanding and ensures I will always use Hiboy.
