En ret ubehagelig oplevelse ved afhentning af bil. Bål og brand og alskens dårligdom ville ramme os, hvis vi inke købte særlig forsikring til trods for at vi i forvejen er forsikret i hoved og …. Da vi ikke købte forsikring reserverede de et ret ublu beløb på kreditkort. I øvrigt fik vi også at vide at aflevering af bil i rengjort stand i en grad der langt overstiger hvad de selv skriver på hjemmeside var nødvendig.
Bilen kørte fint - 1300 km på en uge - og no probs ved aflevering. Derfor 2 stjerner.
Ærligt talt - livet er måske for kort til luskede firmaer som dette?

We would like to clarify that the optional Klass Total Cover is not mandatory. Customers who choose not to purchase it can continue with the standard rental conditions, which include the applicable security deposit and the standard Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). The security deposit is a pre-authorisation on the main driver's credit card, rather than an immediate charge, and its amount depends on the vehicle category and is stated in the booking conditions.
Regarding the vehicle's cleanliness, when renting under the standard deposit conditions, the vehicle must be returned in an appropriate condition so that a proper inspection can be carried out. This requirement is part of the rental conditions and is intended to ensure that the vehicle can be fairly assessed for any new damage.
We are sorry if the explanation of these conditions at pick-up felt excessive or created an unpleasant impression. Our intention is to ensure that customers understand the available options and their contractual responsibilities before leaving the station.
