Jeg er rasende
Jeg er rasende. Jeg havde booket en overnatning via jer. Det skulle jeg ALDRIG have gjort uden at læse trustpilot først. Normalt laver jeg aldrig dårlige anmeldelser, men synes det er under al kritik at man booker en helt bestemt dato og gennemtjekker at den er rigtig. Når man så trykker godkend betaling, trækker de pengene med det samme, men på bekræftelses mailen står der en helt ANDEN dato. Og jeres robot er ikke til nogen hjælp. Hvor får man fat i jer? Altså et RIGTIGT menneske??
