Avoid SIXT through Ryanair Car Rental
This is my worst experience on car rental when SIXT partnership with Ryanair Car Rental. I have booked the service to pick up at Dublin Airport they refused to give me the car as they have the strictest 4 years rule on the liscense which all the other rental companies around the desk at the airport could offer the rental to me when I asked. Since I have a booking already with them through RyanAir Car Rental the staff said they could not help on any amendment and told me to contact Ryanair, I did and without any progress at that moment I had to find another rental agency on site to continue my trip.
When I returned to Dublin airport and asked again at SIXT desk they refused to provide any information on my booking and only refer me back to Ryanair, and of course at the end Ryanair just claimed me as no show and charged me full amount on a service I did not have a chance to enjoy with even a minute.
What a brilliant way to make money with the so call partnership so both parties can avoid all the responsibilities when the customer is trying hard to get a resolution.
