Traded in my iPhone 13 mini for an iPhone 14, a wonderfully seamless transaction with a refund for my 13 landing in my bank just a couple of days or so after cloning the 13 to the 14 and returning the former to iOutlet. Also less expensive than more popular reconditioned iPhone companies!!

A truly appalling delivery company. A parcel for delivery to my wife today was left at a completely different house some distance away, which thankfully I was able to trace using their location info and photo clues. Whilst at the ‘wrong’ address, there was a second Evry parcel destined for another address similarly abandoned on the driveway!
When buying products online we often have no idea who will be making the deliver (apart from Amazon). I would not buy from a retailer who I knew uses Evry - I will check more carefully.a

Had an issue with our modem. One quick phone call (no multiple hoops to get to speak to someone...) to Cuckoo resulted in an engineer by the name of Lee (from Horsham) on our doorstep early the very next day!
Lee’s kindness and professionalism was outstanding. He's a really excellent representative for your company, as well as being a really nice chap! So it's 10/10 for Cuckoo from my wife and me!

Top marks to 1st Central in the way that they have handled the renewal and all other aspects since I joined them. However, it is only how they deal with a claim that the true merits of a company are revealed and with that caveat I have confidence in 1st Central will act fairly and promptly.

The five stars are for the simple online application at a most competitive premium. The real proof of the pudding, which cannot be included in this rating, will be how this company deals with a claim. From what I have read the prospects seem generally good from the feedback quoted.
