Dreadful customer service
The product is fine unless you have a problem as the customer support team are dreadful. I had a problem with the bras I ordered so emailed Madam Muse. No reply so emailed again and was told they were looking into it. Over 2 months I emailed and chased for a reply several times. Eventually they offered a complimentary replacement, which I accepted with thanks. I month later and again several emails to chase they're still looking into my complaint even though they have offered me an acceptable resolution. Madam Muses refund policy is worthless as they clearly have no intention of honouring it. I would definitely not recommend this company.
