Do not finance your auto loan through this untrustworthy, fraudulent company. When I refinanced my loan through another bank (at half the interest rate), Ally did everything in their power to refuse the payment and never alerted me. Then they started calling me to say that my payment was late. Clearly, they were obfuscating the matter to avoid my departure. Fortunately, my reputable bank was able to sort out the mess that Ally created. I seriously urge everyone to avoid Ally Financial like the plague. It teeters on the edge of criminal activity.
