Worst insurance ever, first I didn’t want to sign, was just looking into different companies to choose best insurance, and just asked the prices, after telling them that I dont want insurance with them, they created whole file with health history, which I didn’t even filled myself.
Communication at worst level, impossible to contact, emails don’t work, on phone after hours of waiting no answers, only bills coming dont even understand for what. Never filled any forms for dental insurance, because I fix it always abroad with my private dentist, but received letter from Helan, that “according my request” my dental insurance was upgraded. Only misunderstandings, and zero communication. Cant wait to cancel, which they also said, that I cant because its against Belgium law.
