My dogs medication arrived at room temperature when it is supposed to be chilled. The courier company will not accept responsibility and Viovet will not accept responsibility either. I was at home but the courier did not either come to the door or leave in designated spot but left in direct sunlight. Viovet have said that I should not use meds but need to buy some more. I am a pensioner and will find it very difficult to find the £100 it will cost. So either my 13 year old dog will have to go without his pain medication for 2 months or I need to find the monies from somewhere. Not impressed with Viovet at all.
