Trying to get some dealer support meets with no reply!
Two weeks later now and no reply!
We have an ultra low mileage 2018 Actros 26 ton. Reg No: 50J
Only has 16,000 miles !!!
Some valve related to the clutch prevents gear change and means no drive engages other than reverse. Given the age of the lorry and only 16,000 miles I contacted Northside Leeds where the lorry had been recovered too to ask for dealer support as had received support previously on my S-Class Merc when a major component failed 3 months outside warranty again on a ultra low mileage.
I’ve called twice and emailed Mercedes Trucks UK twice and have yet to get an answer despite it been 2-weeks later …
Guys should I pay £7+k for a clutch valve on a truck that’s only three and a half years old with 16k on the clock !!!???
