Ende gut alles gut
Nachdem ich hier ein nicht so positives Feedback abgegeben habe, hat sich die Firma HexClad doch noch sehr kulant gezeigt.
Ich habe eine neue Pfanne bekommen.
Fazit: mit dem Kundenservice hat es zwar etwas gebraucht, aber dann zeigte sich die Firma HexClad sehr kulant.
