Advert said use in shower, but I instructions says wash feet and leave to soak so not my shower routine.

Terrible experience. It’s been 2 months and still haven’t gotten product. No follow up email or update on where product is. No contact number to call for questions. And they secretly sign you up for a subscription that you have to pay every month if you don’t cancel yourself. Even that, they make it complicated to cancel too.

I ordered this product once and they kept talking the money out my account each time every time I asked them to cancel my subscription and they wouldn't refund me the money back so I wouldn't recommend it

The soap is not working and I didn’t ask too buy another order take off my card from the subscription thank you

Like many other people on here, I placed an order for three bars of soap and didn’t receive any. When I chased them, I finally received my order.
Three weeks later they have automatically sent me another three bars and have taken out £40 from my account
I did not subscribe to this product and they are now not replying to my emails.
This is a scam company, stay well clear!
Ps my groin is still itching

Honestly this works. However you need to be all in. You get relief from the itching from the first treatment but to make it permanent you must keep going. Took 2 months for me and now I use the soap 3-4 times a week. Also you must let the lather stay on at least a couple of minutes. Get wet and turn off the water to lather up is the trick.
My first order seemed to take a while but since then it’s usually a few days.

Product doesn’t work. And then they just auto send you more without asking for it. When I emailed them straight back and said cancel it they completely ignore the request and send anyway. Then because they send it PayPal won’t do anything as shipping information is provided. Absolute scam of a company. Now I’m stuck with 3 bars of soap that cost me over $70. F u veloma

I like the product. It has helped clear up the rash.

I didn’t like the automatic renewal.
I found that to be a deceptive tactic.

This company is a scam. I ordered the soap in the cream from them. I paid $45 for this order never received my order on top of them not even responding to my responses or any emails or messages sent to them. They’re just ignoring me at this point, basically took my money and sent me nothing scam/fraud.

I bought one Veloma soap to give it a try after getting a promotion for 2x1, but instead of getting two soaps I received two pouches. However, as that wasn't enough for them, they also got me subscribed without my consent to a monthly supply, so suddenly another order was placed which I realised when I got an email confirming my order, which I cancelled immediately to which Andrew waited until it got shipped three days later so he could sent me an email to say, "we can't cancel it as your order has been shipped". The worst part is that the soap DOES NOT WORK. **DO NOT BUY IS A SCAM**

So try this on a whim I love the smell of the soap. I love the way it lathers it really helps. I just feel better cleaner and my feet look great no toe fungus no athletes feet. I keep it coming and I keep using it and I soap, but let it sit and rinse it off and I feel like a new man.
