No worth it. My stuff was broken. Customer service is awful. Asked nicely what happens now. Rude reply making me feel dumb. There is other stores too. Keep destroying your company. Great work idiots.

Ik snap de slechte reviews echt niet. De pakketjes kwamen exact binnen de verwachtte tijd. En het was hartstikke goed! Ze hadden mijn product niet op voorraad waardoor ik een andere moest kiezen maar de klantenservice was geweldig! Ze hebben me zelfs eentje extra gegeven voor het ongemak. Hartstikke goed bedrijf ik recommendeer om hier te bestellen!

Before I ordered I wanted to double check something and I'm glad I did. I emailed them and received no response for 10 days so I finally called them and was on hold for 2 hours until it disconnected. I wrote them another email stating that I had not yet received a response, they finally responded, refused to answer my question, kept stating to check the website (the website had conflicting information) and were overall very rude. I usually check reviews before ordering from a new place but for some reason didn't this time so I am glad this happened because I checked now and would've not taken the risk to order. Just overall based on the communication I got scammy vibes.

Complete disaster , received 80 euro order after 2 weeks , almost all bottles opened and half empty. Don’t contact them customer care abusive don’t have manners . Read the reviews before you buy , regret I didn’t . How can you send opened half empty bottles what’s in them ??? You should go to jail

Don't know, why so much negative reviews here, placed order for almost 70€,yes for 3 days it was pending, but soon after got tracking number with order shipped to Netherlands, less than 7 days.
Will definitely use again.

Products were great and delivery didn't take too long. The ordering process is a bit unprofessional though. The confirmation email goes into spam by default. There's no tracking info sent with your confirmation email, only when it's handed to the delivery partner a week later. And the customer service team are a bit snappy and rude. The liquids were in perfect condition and everything i ordered arrived.

Mijn tweede bestelling bij vapestore.eu is vandaag bezorgd. Ik heb vh weekend besteld en vandaag, donderdag, is de bestelling geleverd hier in Nederland. Deze keer heb ik de grapefruit aloë van Higgs, strawberry cherry van Tick Tock en de JNR Falcon Bar cherry cola besteld en ik ben wederom zeer tevreden. De Higgs grapefruit aloë smaakt wat minder lekker dan de cranberry lemonade van Higgs maar dat is een kwestie van smaak. De Tick Tock en de JNR zijn beide erg lekker en kunnen opgeladen worden. De JNR heeft zelfs drie standen voor het aanpassen van de airflow. Ik snap de negatieve reviews niet want ik ben tot nog toe erg tevreden over Vapestore.eu. Goede Vapes, niet te duur en relatief snel geleverd. Wederom vijf sterren van mij.

I placed an order for over 100€. After several days with no tracking number, I politely asked about the status of my order. In response, I received three messages full of lecturing, written in all-caps, with a tone suggesting I’m stupid for not reading the delivery information beforehand.
Instead of giving a normal, professional answer, they sent me basic lessons about how couriers work, that they don’t work on weekends, that there are two courier companies, etc. The communication was arrogant, disrespectful, and highly unprofessional. A paying customer is being treated with clear condescension.
This exact attitude perfectly explains their terrible Trustpilot rating. Zero professionalism, zero empathy — only excuses and patronizing explanations.
The order supposedly shipped, but they only provided the tracking number after my complaint. I am still waiting for proper fulfillment. One thing is certain: I will never order from this company again.

It took 2 weeks for delivery but it's worth waiting. Received my order and very happy about the cheap price!

I have been ordering from Vapestore.eu for about a year and overall I had a good experience at first. The products and service used to meet my expectations, which is why I kept coming back.

However, my last order was never shipped, and that is where the problems began. I tried contacting their support multiple times via email, but the responses were either unprofessional or, in many cases, I received no reply at all. I also asked for a refund, but no one ever responded to that request.

This experience has completely changed my opinion of the site. I used to like shopping here, but after this situation, I will not be ordering from them again.

I order from this vape store quite frequently because they offer a great variety of vaping products, which is the main reason I keep coming back. Their prices are also very reasonable.

Unfortunately, their website has many issues and customer service doesn’t seem particularly interested in helping when problems occur. From my experience, website glitches often end up being treated as the customer’s responsibility rather than something the store should address.

The logistics are also inconsistent. Sometimes I can track my order, and other times I can’t. When I contact customer service about it, the response often implies that the issue is due to my own negligence or that I’m not using the website correctly.

Even if that were the case, the site should be clearer and more user-friendly so ordering is simple and convenient. If they fixed the problems with their website and improved customer relations, this would easily be one of the best online vape stores out there.

Good store only downside is lack of proper customer support.

Has to be the worst experience ever. Orderd in November 25. Didnt get anything. Sent multiple emails. Then they give me store credit in January. Try to order with and it says payment failed. Refusing to give refund or answer emails.

Everything is good. Got my products in a week. Just be patient and wait for email by shipping company:)

Legit shop with customer support issues, and no tracking . E-mails are not answered and delivery took too much time. Besides those problems, the prices are good and they have delivered.
I will buy again but they must improve their service.

I checked vapestore on trustpilot before I placed an order here.
But I checked the wrong vapestore, the one with a lot of positive reviews. So double check you order at the right store. This one is a scam!
I placed an order for €50,- last week. A couple of days a go the tracking link worked but I thought it was sketchy.
Now, the links in the mail give a 404 - page not found code. And I had to change my password to get in my profile, it says no orders were placed. But I have the order in my email. Send an email but I don’t think they will respond. Definitely scammed!
