Abo Falle use.ai
Ich habe das Angebot von use.ai für einen kurzen Testvertrag (1-Euro-Testzugang) genutzt. Nirgendwo war für mich transparent und deutlich ersichtlich, dass sich dieser Zugang sofort in ein extrem teures Monatsabonnement für [29,99 €] verlängert. Die Abbuchungen erfolgten ohne eine klare vorherige Ankündigung oder eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnungsstellung per E-Mail.
Zudem ist das System stark limitiert: Trotz des teuren Abos stößt man extrem schnell an Prompt-Limits, womit der Dienst unbrauchbar wird. Ich fordere hiermit die sofortige Stornierung und Rückerstattung der unberechtigten Beträge. Absolut irreführendes Geschäftsmodell, ich kann nur ausdrücklich vor dieser Plattform warnen.

Bin leider auch in die Abbofalle gelangt. Habe nach 7 Tagen gekündigt und Pay Pal kontaktiert. Fall wurde abgewiesen. Angeblich alles in Ordnung. Obwohl in Deutschland ein 14 tätiges Kündigungsrecht besteht.

Automatische Verlängerung eines testabos
Automatische Verlängerung eines 1€-Trials ohne klaren Hinweis
Ich habe die Testversion für 1€ gebucht und wurde nicht ausreichend deutlich darauf hingewiesen, dass diese automatisch in ein Monatsabo für 29,99 € übergeht. Die Umstellung erfolgte, ohne dass ich das bewusst wollte.
Ich habe umgehend gekündigt und den Support per E-Mail um Rückerstattung gebeten, bisher aber keine Antwort erhalten. Laut PayPal ist die Zahlung noch nicht final abgebucht (“Autorisierung in Bearbeitung”).
Ich hoffe auf eine zeitnahe Klärung und werde die Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald sich etwas tut. Andere Nutzer sollten beim 1€-Test genau auf die Bedingungen zur automatischen Verlängerung achten.

29,99 € Abo abgeschlossen – Kündigung unnötig schwierig
Ich habe bei Use.AI versehentlich ein Abonnement über 29,99 € abgeschlossen. Als ich dies bemerkt habe und das Abo wieder kündigen wollte, musste ich feststellen, dass die Kündigung für mich nicht vernünftig bzw. transparent durchführbar war.
Am 30.08.2026 wurden mir 29,99 € über meine VISA-Karte abgebucht.
Besonders problematisch finde ich, dass ich nach Abschluss nicht einfach und eindeutig eine Möglichkeit gefunden habe, das Abonnement direkt wieder zu beenden. Bei einem wiederkehrenden kostenpflichtigen Abo erwarte ich, dass sowohl der Abschluss als auch die Kündigung klar und unkompliziert möglich sind.
Ich habe Use.AI inzwischen schriftlich zur sofortigen Kündigung und Rückerstattung aufgefordert.
Ich werde diese Bewertung aktualisieren, sobald Use.AI reagiert bzw. die Rückerstattung erfolgt ist.
Bis dahin kann ich aufgrund meiner bisherigen Erfahrung leider keine positive Bewertung abgeben.
