I ordered a Whiskey Smoker Kit for a friend on 08/21. The website did not indicate that the item was out of stock. I then received an email on 08/25 that the item was out of stock and will be ready to ship in mid-to-late September. As of today (8/30), there is still no indication on the website that the item is out of stock.
My constructive criticism would be for Craftly to stay on top of their inventory and accurately mark items on the website as out of stock.

Found BrauFasschen Beer Making Kit in the US
The product I ordered is not available in the US. When I was in Germany I could easily get it from Amazon.de. However, now that I'm living in the USA I find getting the BrauFasschen Beer Making Kit almost impossible.
I hope that the vendor has more become available.

Perfect Gin Botanicals
I have been working on creating the "perfect" gin recently and these botanicals were better quality than I was expecting! They arrived quickly and have been working great in my benchtops!!

It's so rare these days for "customer service" to actually provide real service, but Irina at Craftly did just that. I emailed customer service and received a reply right away that they were out of the office but would contact me the next day..... They did! I just received their email with a PDF of the guidelines.
