Trying to return 3 shirts that are to small, no help
Received 3 shirts today and as with others the sizes come up too small. I have tried a dozen emails to their customer service email and several Facebook messages requesting a returns label, but other than being offered a 20% discount offer off of next order, why would I!?? AI generated and size's only to fit Chinese.
I ordered 3 items a men's Flag art printed hoodie , Anzac day polo, and a Tropical Santa Christmas tee shirt. Firstly the hoodie had no patches like the photo and was very thin. Every item had a problem with size, so according to the size chart I worked out my size and everything was 5cm smaller so you need to upgrade at least 2 sizes. I'm not paying to have them returned I will just chalk it up to buyer be ware. Austalian made what a joke.

False Advertising
It's only been several weeks since ordering but I have corresponded with them via email. I received a fake tracking number on a platform that is base in Shantou, China and yet they profess to sell Australian made goods. Received poor quality item. Now have received an email stating account unpaid. When email opened it was just more advertising. Stay clear.

Avoid them at all cost
Whilst i really like the design and comfort of the shirt it has 2 very basic spelling mistakes that simply cannot be overlooked. They spelt the word Military Miuitary and the word Forces Forcss absolutely ridiculous that obvious mistakes can get past a basic QC check. This response below is a bald face lie and I have proven this too this company who initially only offered me a $15 refund then after more email again offer a $30 refund and finally after 7 emails including images of the errors on my shirt was offer a full refund of $46.50. your customer service is as crap as you product

Many weeks of NOTHING !! And finally a ridiculous product that was so far from the Aussie t shirt with hand stitching in the pic . China 2.00 rubbish. So far from what was paid for . Took our money which was 34.00 Aussie for what we thought was cotton and hand stitching patches on a vintage look shirt and sent a shiny polyester shirt with pictures in the material of fake patches . Utterly disgusting and ridiculous. How they get away with it is sickening. They have advised a refund has been Sent 1/4/2026 and has not been received so I have advised this review will

I bought a top thinking it was Australian made. This came from China. The quality is so bad and not what was is noted in the garment description. I have tried to contact them with no response. If only I had searched and read reviews prior. Whoever runs this shop should be put in goal for fraud!
