I purchased the $59 Starter plan mainly because I wanted to use TrendTrack with Claude through the MCP integration. Unfortunately, only after paying did I realize that MCP/API access is not included in the Starter plan and requires the more expensive Pro plan.

I originally discovered TrendTrack through a YouTube video demonstrating the MCP feature, and the fact that a higher subscription was required was not mentioned there. On the TrendTrack pricing page, the API limitation is shown in a greyed-out section, which I personally did not notice before purchasing.

I think TrendTrack should make this much clearer before checkout, especially since MCP can be a major reason why someone decides to subscribe.

I contacted support almost immediately after realizing this and requested a refund. I hope they handle the situation fairly. If the refund process goes smoothly, I would be willing to update my review.

For now, unfortunately, I’m disappointed with the experience.

Absolute scam! Customer service is a joke and completely ignores you. I requested a refund right after the mistaken purchase on August 22nd—and to this day (September 2nd), absolute ZERO response. First they bait you with features that aren't even included in the Starter plan, hide the actual restrictions on their website, and then completely ghost you when you ask for your money back. Incredibly shady and totally unprofessional. Stay far away, do NOT buy anything from them!

Good tool overall, but honestly, I’m not trying to promote Winning Hunter but it is simply much better for working with AI.

With Winning Hunter, AI usage barely consumes any credits. In my experience, I can run multiple product searches without seeing my balance disappear. With Trendtrack, however, I ran exactly three searches through Claude to generate product lists and find stores that were scaling, and it consumed around 10,000 AI API credits. That is honestly ridiculous.

Once those credits are used, you then have to pay extra to continue using the API, which makes the subscription feel even less worthwhile. For that reason, I don’t think it deserves five stars.

I probably won’t renew and will continue using Winning Hunter instead. It offers practically the same features, but it is much more efficient and cost-effective when working with AI.

DO NOT PUT YOUR CARD ON THIS SITE! They use misleading designs to trap you. Their system quietly forces a 3-month automatic payment in the background without your approval.

To justify themselves, they even used a manipulated interface screenshot that directly contradicts their own live system text... some people will call this a ridiculous scam but let the justice action.

They operate from Dubai (HVSCALE SERVICES - FZCO / License 001-55425) and target international users.
My bank (ABA Bank) officially investigated this and executed a forced recovery of the funds (Refs: 1411379047, 1438437771, 1465845414).

An official case is now formally open against them with the Dubai Government (DET Complaint Registered). Save your money and your sanity: AVOID THIS PLATFORM !
