I had a few questions during setup, and support was helpful and didn’t just copy-paste replies. They actually walked me through things.

I initially rated this service 1 star due to frequent VPS reboots and zero response from live support right after purchase. My Python code (which just fetches Polymarket data, generates charts, and runs a Flask page) ran fine on a lower-spec VPS from another provider, so I was convinced the problem was on their side – and I was right.

After posting this review, their technical team (especially Davis) reached out, sincerely apologized, and admitted that the issue was caused by an unstable VPS node, not my code. They offered to migrate my VPS to a more stable node while preserving all my data, and also proposed fair compensation for the downtime.

I'm not giving 5 stars yet because the initial support experience was frustrating and the response time was poor over the weekend. However, I truly appreciate that they eventually took ownership of the problem and are working to fix it properly. If the migration goes smoothly and the service becomes stable, I will gladly update this to 5 stars.

For now, I recommend TradingVPS with caution – they seem willing to make things right once you get their attention.

They admitted that the issue was caused by an unstable server node (which they have now completely removed from their inventory), migrated my VPS to a stable node without losing any data, and even extended my subscription by 15 days as compensation for the downtime.

What impressed me most was their sincere apology and personal touch – they asked me to contact them anytime, "just like a friend." That kind of customer care is rare.

The service is now running smoothly, and I appreciate that they took full ownership of the mistake and made things right. I'm not giving 5 stars yet only because the initial experience was frustrating (wrong diagnosis and slow weekend responses), but if this stability continues, I'll gladly update to 5 stars in the future.
