I got caught up on the possibility of easy returns on an investment. I had always only considered the £200 investment and made this clear when I started getting phone calls with cheers in the background and conversations being cut short as 'an important investor' needed immediate attention.
It was only when the web site became unavailable that I found the reviews.
More fool me!

Tried to log into my account and the site is unavailable. At least not a lot was invested. People beware.

I Aron Chipeture,signed up to this scammer because of the Advertisement. I invested £200 first, £200second. At the beginning it was all friendly couldn't help me enough, after two days invested in gold, wanted £700 to invest, and I paid in. The trading was moving well with the help of Morris the broker. After that he requested me to buy, invest in silver and urged me to take loan from his people checking my credit rate, thus when I suspected that there's something fish wanted to happen. At last I received message from my family of sickness and asked him to withdraw my money to cover the costs of my relative. From that day he ignored me and until now I called the company by no refund. At first I was calling the company and being told to wait for 7days to receive the money then from 7days up to 10days ,now I have being blocked even to login on their trading up. They disappeared with 935 us dollars which was left on my account. The broker Morris is so rude when I continued calling him he was sending me messages which are bad. At last he changed the phone number, and he was not answering the new number until now. Any help how I can get my money back which I left on the trading balance please. At last I told him I didn't have that kind of money to invest. After weeks I decided this wasn't for me, I told the broker 'Morris that I wished to close my account he said ok, just wait until your couple of investments go into the plus then close them down, and he will sort out refunding what money I had in my account. But I received the message after 2days that contact your broker coz you money is getting into minus. I tried to contact Morris but he was ignoring until i closed the trade Myself and left with 935us dollar.Next day tried to get on the site and it said this site can't be reached. Tried phoning the contact number no one will pick up and tried contacting Morris himself nothing. ANYONE thinking of going on this site 'STAY WELL CLEAR' . I have all the message from this SHADY COMPANY. I am really hurt. People are evil 😈.

I opened the account in April with 200 dollars been encouraged to top up for commodity purchases which i dragged abit and was abit concerned. Checked the account a couple of days ago. It says website not reachable. Just be careful 🧐

Next day tried to get on the site and it said this site can't be reached. Tried phoning the contact number no one will pick up and tried contacting NOAH himself nothing. ANYONE thinking of going on this site 'STAY WELL CLEAR' . We’re sorry to see your review. After checking our records, we were unable to locate you as a customer is a lot of horse manure because I have all the emails from this SHADY COMPANY

The advertisement said just invest £200 . That sounded ok so I opened the account and started trading , then the guy who was dealing with my account Zak started pushing me to invest more money into my account. At this point I had not had any return back into my bank account so I said no I am not interested I would just like my money back . At this point it all changed the high pressure sales started in the end I was just getting abused. So I said I just want to close the account. I didn’t want anything else to do with him or the company. So then I have got various telephone calls asking why my account is dormant and every time I ask for my money bad I just get abused. The service yesterday after speaking to a very ignorant woman I just put the phone down on her . I now can’t get into my account, they sent me a new password that was supposed to allow me to get back into the account but that doesn’t work. This morning I get another phone call again abuse much worse than I have had previously.
I my honest opinion MY ADVICE WOULD BE DONT GET INVOLVED IN TRADING With THIS Company!!

My experience with Trade40's calls so far has been positive.

I have spoken with Ned, who has been helping me understand the platform and the basics of trading. He has been friendly, communicative, professional, and easy to talk to.

I have also spoken with Edward on a couple of occasions. He was helpful and took the time to discuss investment options with me. Although I ultimately decided not to proceed with a larger deposit, mainly because we were unable to arrange a face-to-face meeting, I appreciate the time and effort he invested in our conversations.

Overall, my experience with the Trade40 team has been positive, and the communication has been professional, courteous, and supportive.

Scott Williams has been excellent from the first day we spoke with him. Very explanatory and patient with us. Really enjoy joining this path with. Excellent.

The team at T40 have walked me through the onboarding and have been excellent in helping setting things up and showing real returns. Extreamly professional, personalable and supportive, and available at all times. So much so I have already, in just a few weeks, doubled my initial investment. Everything has been explained and set up at my pace with clear explanation along the way.

Very bad. After initial inquiry and decision not to proceed we have been unable to be taken off the system and plagued with constant calls hassling us despite our complaints to the callers.
