Die schlimmste Abo-Falle die ich je gesehen habe. Der Support versucht seit Wochen, mein Konto zu identifizieren, da angeblich kein Konto unter mir bekannten Email-Accounts existiert, das Geld wird aber fleißig von dem Konto abgebucht.
Ich hoffe sehr, die Firma wird zur Rechenschaft gezogen!
UPDATE:
Seit Wochen mit dem Support ca 100 Email geschrieben, aber immer noch keine Lösung. Mein Account kann nicht gefunden werden, die Zahlungen werden weiterhin abgebucht. Support fordert von mir weiterhin unnötige und manchmal nicht existierende Informationen und füttert mich mit falschen Versprechen, sich immer noch mit dem Problem zu beschäftigen. Angeblich, versuchen die Kollegen immer noch, mein Account zu finden und meine Zahlungen zuzuordnen.
