Inaccurate colour. Burst delivery packaging.
The rug arrived rolled up in a burst plastic bag which meant the rug edging was stained with black dirt. The beige rug also looks more like grey than beige. I'm very disappointed.

Poor communication
I have ordered this rug twice! With many excuses why it’s not delivered it became lost and I had to reach out for a replacement. The same thing is happening again apparently they don’t have my address which can’t be the case as you need that to check out. This is very frustrating considering I should have received my rug over two weeks ago.

They sent me wrong rug that they don’t sell on website lol and they were meant to pick it up but it’s been 6 times they have failed to pick it up which is ridiculous and plus they sent the item damaged this website is a SCAM AVOID THIS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE
