Teach me to is a scam platform. I booked a set of lessons with a coach. The coach was great - then months later, I noticed I was continuing to get charged. I was confused because the coach also said he didn't understand he had to accept the charges... Turns out they had signed me up for a subscription while I was not getting any service. I do not leave many negative reviews - but please do not trust this company.

0 stars. They are fraudulent. They will set you up for a subscription and make up an amount not related to what you paid for a 4 pack of lessons. And then not send you any further emails about your payments despite not using the app, booking any lessons, etc.

I paid $120 extra to beat the Texas heat to take pickleball lessons inside. Ryan’s team help me locate a Gold’s Gym. In fact they kept pressuring me to take lessons other places or outside until they finally found a gym. The three lessons were confirmed a month ahead of time and I even got reminders. I will have to say that I tried messaging the coach to tell him a bit about myself and my goals ahead of time but he never responded. When I arrived at the gym, they told me they don’t allow lessons there. My coach scrambled to find a new location which we found but it was outdoors and honestly was very difficult for this 70 year old body. When I called Ryan about it, he would only text back.he blamed the coach and said it was he that should have confirmed everything, but I know it was his team who arranged things. To his credit, the coach was great and very patient. I learned quite a bit

This app is so hit and miss as far as coaches go. I've found a few great instructors who are communicative but that's not the case with all of them. The really bad part is that if something isn't going to work out, you're stuck with a credit to that instructor and the only way to change it is to go through customer service to find someone else instead of allowing it as general credit that I can then apply myself to someone else. Customer service is very responsive though. So issues do get resolved.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with using the teach me app. I love my coach. Jennette and customer service is lightning fast. Highly recommend.

I was able to find a great instructor in my area with ease using this app. Scheduling is super easy. Highly Recommend if you’re interested in finding an instructor in your area. The app is well designed and easy to use.

The coach I was paired with was wonderful. He understood what my goals were, and guided my progress very professionally. Customer service, when needed, was immediate and helpful.

the company subtly sets up a subscription when you want to just buy a few lessons-then never sends any email or other confirmation that you have signed up for a subscription-by the time you realize it from your credit card bill-its too late to get a refund -they are an AI scam-you can find lessons anywhere in your local market-do not go thru this company.

I booked a tennis coach through Teachme.to, and everything went smoothly. There was a notice that the timeslot to meet was mutually agreed upon, I showed up, and the coach (a former tennis pro) was there, and the lesson happened. Book without fear.

I purchased 3 lessons and spread them out. Once i remembered how I booked the lessons and contacted teach me to they responded quickly and got right on it . I appreciate their response and its a real human

Overall, the application is really good. It’s not perfect, but it’s really good things that could make it better or tighter integration with Outlook and calendar, find closest Pickleball court integration with Pickleheads in case your court is taken, give the users the ability to edit their sent messages, give the Coach the ability to dragon drop the pictures that they want in their profile as they grow their clientele, as a coach I would like to be able to send any student that has leftover lessons a group message, encouraging them to book lessons, plus more, but that’s pretty good list for right now.

I would manually pay. Idk how my account was changed to auto renew and pay.. I was billed , even thoni had credits. Asked for a refund. They wouldn't refund

They have the amazing support staff. If you are facing any issue, you can just reach out to them and they will get it sorted for you. Its a great platform to find coaches to learn any sport. My experience with them so far has been great!

Kai loves his instructor and he is satisfied with his teaching.

Site very user friendly. While I intend to tip at the end of my 5 sessions it is very annoying having to hit $0 which I hope does not go to coach because it is not reflective of my experience nor he as a coach. Suggestion: Present an option to tip at the end of the 5 sessions than a default of $0 each session.

Easy to interface with students and prospective students

Very easy to find students to coach. And the booking/scheduling process is very smooth on TeachMe. The support team is very kind, and very fast responsive.
