Honestly, I've never had such terrible customer service from a company.

The Toy Kingdom website stated "order before the 16th December to receive in time for Christmas." Due to this promise, I ordered on the 15th, trusting the main gifts for my kids would arrive. Not only did they not arrive (thanks for ruining their Christmas), but it was impossible in the days leading up to Christmas to get hold of the company.

Phone number is not operational or never gets answered and emails to customer service were ignored.

After MANY increasingly frustrated emails and attempted calls, I finally got a 'cut and pasted' reply from an anonymous agent (with zero apology for such shocking service) on the 30th December stating a refund would take 5-7 business days. No refund has yet been received.

It has been an extremely disappointing experience all round. Also, be sure to read the reviews on Hello Peter... I am FAR from the only one who had an experience like this.

Disgusting service. I placed 2 online orders. Received one order but need to return them. Cannot return because nobody answers the phone. Goes on voice and says "reccord your message and press...". Never received the second order. Tried quering the second order via endlesss emails and unsuccessful calls.

The shop is clean and stocked well, staff are friendly and very helpful

Overall. it was a good experience. I've been to two different Toy Kingdom branches and both have been good experiences. The staff were genuinely nice and Toy Kingdom offers a variety of goods catering for all age groups
