My watch was faulty so I got in touch with the customer service team. Both Kasia and Mia were really great. Both so professional, the whole process was smooth and was a breath of fresh air compared to some other companies I have dealt with. I just had to send a pic of the issue with my watch and they sorted it out and knew there was an issue and sent out a replacement. Its good to get excellent customer service 👌

High quality bracelet & beautifully engraved
I bought a black leather & brushed stainless steel bracelet for my son's birthday. Really good quality & beautifully engraved. Great value for money, excellent customer service, and very fast delivery with regular updates on UPS tracking status of the parcel. I would definitely order from this company again. On a minor note, I opted not to pay extra for gift wrapping as I wanted to wrap it myself but it should have been wrapped in a sheet of tissue paper to protect it from damage, instead of just being placed in a regular non-padded brown envelop. Overall I am a very satisfied customer and I know my son will love the bracelet.

Contacted company by email with photos and details. Replacement product was dispatched immediately with a next day service which is great customer service. Hopefully the replacement will be better.
