Big fan of the selection here, from furniture to garden tools, pretty much anything for the home. Search isn't always spot on with such a large catalog, but the staff and stores make up for it. Would shop again.

The website is easy to navigate, a wide selection of products and all my items have always arrived on time. I'm happy with the quality also. I would definitely shop in again.

Really good DIY store with a great selection of products. You can find just about anything you need from garden supplies to home decor. When I needed advice on an item, customer support was very helpful and helped me choose the right one. Highly recommended.

I recently bought some camping gear from Senukai and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. They have a good range of tents, sleeping bags, camping chairs, portable stoves, and other outdoor essentials, making it easy to find everything in one place.

Esu ilgametis „Senukų“ klientas, turiu „Smart Net“ auksinę kortelę ir čia esu išleidęs daugiau nei 5 000 €. Prašiau pakeisti visiškai nenaudotą įrankį į maždaug 60 € brangesnį modelį, sumokant skirtumą, tačiau sulaukiau kategoriško atsisakymo vien dėl pasibaigusio 14 dienų termino. Formališkai gal ir teisinga, bet lojaliam klientui toks požiūris labai nuvylė. Ateityje įrankius pirksiu kitur.

Pirkęs daugybę kartų, prekių pakliuvę visokių, bet prekių grąžinimo politika tikrai labai gera. Esu ir žoliapjovę grąžinęs nes nepatiko konstrukcija, ir netgi dažus, nes pasirodė, jog spalva neatitiko tiksliai kokia buvo nurodyta ant pakuotės

Prieš mėnesį grąžinome internetu įsigytą prekę, prekė buvo priimta atgal, darbuotoja pasakė, kad pinigų grąžinimas bus atliktas per 14 dienų. Per pažadėtą laikotarpį pinigai nebuvo grąžinti, todel skambinome suteiktu tel numeriu - kas kartą paskambinus reikia kalbėti su nekompetetingais "konsultantais", kurie visiškai nesusigaudo kas vyksta. Žada perskambinti, "atsiūsti el laišką pirmadienį" arba padeda ragelį pokalbio metu. Taip jie ir neperskambino, neatsiuntė el. laiško ir praėjus mėnesiui vis dar neatgavome savo pinigų.
Rekomenduoju VENGTI šios parduotuvės, nes reikės išnaudoti daug kantrybės ir energijos bandant atgauti savo pinigus

Buvo užsakyta prekė 2025-10-13. Pristatymo terminas buvo nurodytas iki 10-23, vėliau sekė prekės pristatymo atidėjimas, vėliau dar ir dar kartą. Nuo 10-23 iki 12-09. Į laiškus neatsako jokių pasiūlymų nesiūlo. Komunikacija žemo lygio.

Pateikiau užsakymą, atkeliavo per 12 dienų. Paaiškėjo, kad prekė netinka kompiuteriui. Prekes grąžinau liepos 16 d., o pinigų vis dar negrąžinau. Rašai į paštą, jie kiekvieną kartą atsako, kad grąžins per 14 dienų. Ir jiems nerūpi, kad jau praėjo 16 dienų. Kur kreiptis norint pasiskųsti dėl įmonės?
