What I liked is that stakeholders have priorties and fears that has to ne met. I have learnt that stakeholers if they are not properly involved would a project to be ineffective i achieving its intended purpose.

Good Learning Experience but can do better on the organizing
I like that the learnings are interactive and the trainer is very patient and understanding however the organization of the batches was my area of concern. I planned to start early on but was unable because the number of trainees wasn't adequate and therefore i had to reschedule plans on a personal level to fit into their schedule even when the issue wasn't on my side. We can improve on the spacing of the batches so as to be assured of enough applicants waiting to join a particular batch.

The trainer was quite experienced in the content he delivered and citing live examples was very educative. The knowledge delivered and acquired was more practical / relevant to my work and has enabled me to manage more better my current responsibilities and once I obtain the PMP certificate, I hope for more added seniority and responsibilities at my work place.
