Panel law firm instructed by my legal expenses insurer but honestly the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. Poor case management, lie about work completed, do not come back to you when they say they will (if at all) but it's ok as long as you are within the limitation period according to then! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

We used LD for a personal injury claim, and our caseworker, Shelley, was both efficient and helpful when dealing with our enquiries and assembling the evidence for our claim.

Probably the most useless company I have ever dealt with, incompetent, hard to get hold of, portal never works if I can get in you can rarely open the documents. handlers keep changing and response (if any!) takes forever. I looked up reviews elsewhere and score was one out of five, and all reporting same issues.

The responses from this company are poor and that's being polite! They have now "upgraded" their website and its been down ever since.
In my experience, this company seems to have just given up at the first hurdle when handling a personal injury claim through a no fault accident. Providing evidence as requested seems to be pointless, no feedback or acknowledgment of the documents - if I could chose another company, I would!

Two claims we brought to them under our legal expenses home insurance cover and both were denied.... this was in May 2026 and yet had received other solicitor assessments of good chances. Sadly though £1500 on account could not go ahead. I guess what do you expect with the other lot Lyons Davidson?????? We will battle on regardless of this lot... disgusting!!! Our advice steer well clear there's better more robust solicitors out there.
