I love my new bracelets! I haven't had them long enough to attest to how long they will remain gold, but they are heavy (in a good way, they don't weigh you down) and well made. Will be purchasing some more pieces soon.

I had been watching/following James Michelle on Instagram and like several of the pieces. I finally pulled the trigger and purchased a chain and the chunk heart pendant. Just two days later the chunky heart pendant went on sale for 40% off which was a big savings and i had not received my pendant yet. i reached out to the company and received an AI response back that adjustments were not possible. Then i received an email back from a live person saying they understood my dissapointment and would be crediting back my account the difference. This acting made my day, locked in my committment to the brand! Since then i have received my pendant/chain and love it, prompting me to order a bracelet :)

When I had a concern with a necklace I had purchased their team was quick to reply. The service I received was timely and excellent. Customer service with some companies seems to be a thing of the past, but not with James Michelle Jewelry. Will be purchasing with them again!

Excellent customer service when I had a slight issue with the chain. JM promptly replaced and shipped the new product. Can't say enough about their standing behind the products they sell.

I placed an order and reached out within the same hour to cancel it — before it had even shown as fulfilled in their system. I even sent a screenshot proving the order was still unfulfilled at the time. Customer service refused to cancel, claiming the order was "already on its way," despite the status clearly showing otherwise. Since James Michelle handles fulfillment in-house (not through a third-party logistics provider), there was no real reason a same-hour cancellation couldn't have been processed — it should have taken less than a minute.

The order shipped anyway, and now I'm being pushed through a full return process, including a $6 return fee, for something I tried to cancel before it ever left their warehouse. It feels less like a genuine shipping constraint and more like a policy designed to make cancellations difficult, hoping customers won't bother returning items they no longer want.

I've asked for the return fee to be waived given the circumstances and am considering a dispute with my bank if this isn't resolved fairly. Disappointing experience from a company that markets itself as customer-focused.

I got the heart necklace and 22" and I love it. It isn't heavy and it is made very well. I am very proud to wear this. I am 100% happy. I got it fast and it was exactly what the picture showed.

Very pretty and quality is excellent! Size is representative of piece advertised. Shipping was fast. Great experience! Love supporting women who kick ass in the business world.

I have so much to say…first, the James Michelle pieces are beautiful! They are of upmost quality. I have purchased multiple pieces and get compliments on them constantly. I wear them everywhere! I have purchased pieces for co-workers and for my daughter. Again, the pieces have incredible quality and are just beautiful in design.

I just dealt with their Customer Service Department for the first time and I am blown away by their kindness, efficiency, promptness and the fact that they TRULY stand by their word on their pieces. That alone, should make anyone a repeat customer. Teodora, was a blessing. You can tell James Michelle takes the time to train their people correctly. Teodora, went above and beyond with her kindness and exceed my simple expectations 10 fold!

I was gifted a bracelet from James Michele through a friend, I loved the bracelet so much that I ordered me another one different style, of course. I had a lot of compliments on my bracelets one being my sister who then placed an order of a set of three bracelets. Then I ordered two more bracelets one for me and one for a gift for my mother-in-laws birthday coming up. I’m so impressed with quality of this jewelry. It’s beautiful it makes a statement it catches eyes. we had some confusion with my last order. I simply emailed and expressed my concern. Customer service immediately was on top of things and made the issue right I felt they went above and beyond you don’t see that with customer service these days I highly recommend James Michele, jewelry for personal use and gifting, family, and friends. Wonderful little company to do business with.

Wow! I was pleasantly surprised with the immediate and professional response by their customer service department. When I placed my order during their June promo for a free heart necklace, there was an error on my end. I reached out to customer service and they immediately responded and included the free necklace in my order. The quality was top-notch both with the necklace and customer service! My daughter and I now have matching necklaces. I will be ordering again from James Michelle.
