ICRPC is doing wonderful job by helping the poor, economically weak, helpless and distressed consumers who have no means to get their problems solved. ICRPC does not charge any fee from poor consumers and even for normal consumers the charges fee as low as Rupees 500.
But still some people look for free services. Cheaters and fraud companies always get afraid of ICRPC and start maligning its reputation by writing negative reviews about ICRPC.
If ICRPC and its president were so bad person, they would not be invited as guest and guide in many TV programs across India and their good work would not be published in various newspapers and magazines. Visit www dot icrpc dot org and read the success stories of so many people who got their issues solved by the help of ICRPC.
But again some hopeless and helpless fraudsters do not like ICRPC strong actions, and therefore they try to write negative reviews to spread hate against ICRPC.

Arun Saxena is the perfect example of someone who failed the 10th grade and got a job through bribery. This guy seriously needs to learn basic manners from a five year-old.

Very poor experience. After taking payment and collecting all details, there was no proper assistance or professional follow-up. Communication was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful whenever updates were requested. Consumers seeking help deserve respectful behaviour and genuine support.

His approach was aggressive and hostile. Rather than mediating calmly, he resorted to accusatory language and constant threats of legal action, which only made the situation more stressful.

Professional consumer protection organizations should aim to support and guide consumers, but in my experience, Arun’s communication lacked empathy, courtesy, and professionalism. Instead of providing solutions, he escalated the matter unnecessarily and made the entire process much harder than it needed to be.

I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before seeking assistance from Arun or ICRPC. Based on my experience, this is not the kind of support or professionalism consumers should expect.

Do not ever trust Mr. Arun Saxena, he is a fraud person who is there to just extract money from innocent businesses. He has no ethical or moral compass and speaks very obsence language.

He calls himself a graduate of whatnot, but I think he might not have got through 12th Class.

May lord prevent you from getting in contact with such terrible human beings. I pray to lord that he has mercy on his soul for his impending Karma.

Because I'm pretty sure there is a lot.
