This company is a joke. Placed an order it was held for processing for almost a week while getting random calls with zero notice from their fraud department DESPITE the fact I talked to their chat agents 3x, called in myself twice, talked to several reps who "saw no issue" and swore up and down they were waiting to be shipped and thankfully I saw a random f'kn call I wasn't even expecting from their fraud department to release the items - despite having received full payment already for them with full verification of identity - that would have been cancelled

I’ve been a long time customer of HSN, twice I tried to purchase a item for a product that they wouldn’t honor. 1st time HSN/QVC offer a MacKenzie Childs cake platter ,when I tried to order it the person I spoke to didn’t see were it was playing on any station. She said was looking at 4 different channels and didn’t see it. And today (9/4/26) I was told that I couldn’t have the today special because the episode was shown Saturday 8/29/26?? Why replay the episode if you’re not going to honor the price I ask? Although the 1 person I spoke with said she would transfer me to customer service to see if they would honor the price. I explained again the situation and was told twice they would not honor the price for the NFL short sleeve and long sleeve t-shirts special .Then I said I’m a long time customer in good standing and you won’t honor the price because HSN chose to replay that episode. The customer service representative stood firm with her answer and with that being said I will not be shopping HSN or QVC ….. EVER!

Hello My beautiful sisterhood. Thank you HSN for having Diva DARLING products 💋 last week. I'm so excited to report I have already received and experienced my new lip treatment, From Diva DARLING. It's rich, smooth and smells delicious 😋. What a wonderful product and my lips 👄 feel oh so ahhhmazing! The smooth creamy product and the richness and smell, are so pleasant. Hago pedidos muy a menudo y siempre perfecto,el envío rapidísimo,pongo en punto de recogida.

Compré un bote de proteína de suero, el día 13 de agosto por 80€, el doble que hace no mucho. Pues ha día de hoy 29 de agosto sigo sin recibirla. Una mezcla de incompetencia y subcontratar el reparto con una de las peores empresas de España (Correos Express). Mi pedido se lo entregaron a otra persona, lo reclamé una hora después de que marcase entregado y correos nunca me dio solución. HSN después de dos semanas sigue sin solucionarme el problema. No se puede contactar con ellos mas que vía mail, al cual responden con suerte, una vez cada 24-48 horas, por lo que te tiras unas semana para intercambiar tres frases. Una vergüenza es poco decir!!

Es la peor empresa de venta de proteínas. Tienen el peor servicio de reparto y encima les da igual el comprador,,después de pedir entre 80 y 90 eur por la proteína .. Llevo dos semanas y aún no me ha llegado la proteína y la estoy reclamado diciendo k me urge y les ha dado igual, me han demostrado ser unos incompetentes por una equivocacion suya k achacan al repartidor ....Es inadmisible y no recomiendoe esta empresa a nadie!!!,

Muy bien por el precio y la variedad de productos. En cambio, la calidad puede calificarse de media/baja si lo pasamos a analisis con IA. Y en cuanto a los suplementos para comer, el sabor es simplemente horrible. Las proteinas son super dulces y empalagosas. No importa el sabor que pidas ya que saben todas mas o menos a lo mismo pero con diferentes colores y las barritas energeticas, mas de lo mismo. Empalagosas, excesivamente dulces y con texturas donde necesitas beber agua constantemente para poder tragarlas. Creo que HSN deberia trabajar mas este aspecto.

Llevo mucho tiempo comprando en HSN. Pero desde luego si siguen mandando los pedidos con CTT express dejaré de pedir. Tienen un servicio nefasto en los puntos de recogida. Te ponen que tienen una incidencia en el punto de recogida y es un Centro Comercial. Quedan retenido el paquete temporalmente sin opción de poder contactar con ellos. Llevo una semana esperando una solución y no HSN ni CTT me la han dado.

You pay for shipping both ways even for a return of a defective item. The few dollars you save over Amazon are lost in the process.

Llevo más de 8 años con HSN y muy contento, la verdad... pero como no cambien de empresa de transporte, no vuelvo a pedir más.
CTT Express es una vergüenza. Los dos últimos pedidos ( casualmente los dos con ellos...) con problemas .
Pones un punto de recogida y te llega un email diciendo que no se ha podido entregar por causas ajenas a la empresa ... perdona???
Un super abierto de 9 a 00 de lunes a domingo ???
Por favor!!! Pero , viendo opiniones , se ve que es una práctica habitual de la empresa. Dos veces con ellos , dos movidas iguales, en fin... una vergüenza.

Lo dicho HSN , o sacáis a esta empresa , o un cliente menos que vais a tener.

Purchased from HSN the Beauty Spy, Spa De Pure, after the first use it scarred my faces olive tone skin. The auto ship was cancelled immediately. Although, I reviewed the product on HSN reviews (to warn others )after two weeks the review still has not posted. It is imperative that customers are apprized of the damage this product can cause to their faces. BUYER BEWARE!

I received some clothing I was just not happy with when I tried to return the items the post office wouldn't except the return labels because they were printed so light. The labels looked like someone didn't change the ink cartridges. This isn't the first time I've noticed the labels printed lightly. I called customer service and requested new labels and two weeks later no labels. After talking to a customer service representative who made this right for me so I won't have to pay for these items because of the 30 day policy my attitude is a little better, but this will make me reevaluate my dealings with the company in the future. This is not a negative on the customer service representative I talked to today (very understanding) but the company (you should know better).

Creo que ya se ha convertido en una estafa deliberada, estoy haciendo un pedido madre mía, el nuevo magnesio que como trae menos cantidad tienes que tomar 3 pastillas 9 euros duración para 40 días, el de antes 15 euros para 120 días. ES DECIR LO HABEIS SUBIDO AL DOBLE, solo tiene un nombre : ESTAFADORES!!! Es que lo han subido un 100% es flipante...

I received an email from HSN telling me that I have an offer for a $10.00 discount with a purchase of $20 or more. "Use as many times as you want". HSN also had a promotion free shipping which is a rareity.

I wanted to take advantage of the offer to order two items. The items are Diamond Press embossing folders. One is 5.5 x 7.5" 6 pack for $22.95, the other is 3 x 4" 8 pack for the same price. They have been out of stock forever. I saw that the items were back in stock. I wanted to order the two sets. I tried to place my order and the system wouldn't give me the discoount.

Just to be sure that I didn't misread what the email said that was sent to me I called HSN. I talked to a very nice young man named Robert. He asksed me for the code which I read off of the email. He tried to help me and his system wouldn't give me the discount either.

Robert put me on hold to go and speak to his supervisor. He came back and told me that HSN did not register the code I received and that's why it didn't work. I said maybe it was a scam but he said I had the right code. Because the code wasn't registered his supervisor said he can honor "the" $10.00 for one item of $20.00 or more.

I mentioned that the email said I could use it as many times as I wanted. I told him what day and time I received it.

Robert couldn't do anything about honoring the discount for more than one item. I told him that If that's the case I am not interested in placing my order. He said he understood and appologized. I told Robert that I understand it's not his fault and told him that I appreciated his help.

If you people out there are HSN shoppers just make sure to call and talk to an agent to double check their offers. I almost never shop on HSN because their prices are higher and they charge for shipping and charge for returns. It just so happened that the other day they had a free shipping promotion.

What's the point in sending me an email with an offer I couldn't refuse and not honoring it?

Placed an order. Box sat at Jacksonville UPS hub for 4 days. Tracking stated there was a delay. Yeah, right. That's what they always say. Never a reason. Just a delay.
Next thing I know, HSN sent me an email stating they have my return. How could I return something that I never received? Then, the refund was about $18 short. Turns out, they didn't refund original shipping, and also charged me for an easy return label that I didn't ask for because I was not the one who returned it, since I never got it. This whole thing just made no sense. I did finally get it straightened out, but the customer service person was not very nice and possibly incompetent, since she had to apologize for messing up my refund at first. She had a bit of an attitude as well, but you know damn well if it happened to her, she would do the same as me. Anyway...NEVER SHOP AT HSN. They don't know what the hell they are doing.

Lo peor. hace unos meses tuve problema con la entrega de una proteinas, no me llegaron nunca y tuve que estar enviando decenas de emails para solucionar y que me devolvieran mi dinero. Tardaron la vida. Decidi no comprarles más, hasta que semana pasada he decicido darles una segunda oportunidad y nuevamente el mismo problema. Ponen que se se me ha entrgado y aqui no vino ni dios. largas espera a que contesten los emails, no tienen un telefono de contacto para clientes y nuevamente estaré semanas o meses para que me solucionen. Jamás, jamás volveré a comprarles nada y no recomiendo a nadie.

HSN should understand that we return items because they look different in person or they are the wrong size and didn’t care for them. Your approval rate is just as bad as Trump. I called HSN complained about a host named Jasmine on Fridays show with Debbie D who I love Jasmine took Sdams place turned it off. Jasmine looked drunk and she is always too loud .Please get rid of her before you lose shoppers. I used to train people in retail and I can tell who is good or not good if she is not removed I will only shop on QVC who have terrific hosts so please do your job! Ty!

Malísima, horrible con los envíos. No llegan o llegan tarde. No tienen teléfono de contacto. Si desistes de la compra porque no llega el producto, te cobran una parte.

Worst place EVER! They closed my account 8-10 years ago because they said I made too many returns! UMMM…..HELLOOOOO….When you purchase online you can bet you’re going to be returning things. Not my fault they mislead customers on their “crap”. Now this many years later they want me to MAIL THEM A LETTER requesting they re-open my account. HAHAHA NOT ON YOUR LIFE!! BUH BUH HSN. Absolutely ridiculous
