The agent gave me clear instructions to enable sending my photo of the yard sign, because the Houzeo website was not helpful.

Joeseph did a great job of answering all of my questions and was very prompt in his response.

Don't use them! Many other, better options. Only had one realtor, which we used previously, who almost lost my clients $80k. I'm an attorney that sells estate properties often through private and the assigned realtor obstructed clearing an avoidable lien. Didn't use the service and still charged the estate the $299. Cross posting.
