Deal with HorseWorldTV at your peril
I purchase a years subscription in February 2023. The email I received from them confirmed this, so imagine my surprise when I work up on 9th February 2024 to find they had taken £167.47 from my bank account without my permission. I immediately contacted them and asked for the subsciption to be cancelled and requested a refund. I received a short reply from someone called Andrea which blamed me as the automatic subscription button had been activated. I certainly did not do that as I HATE automatic subscription. I have emailed the addresses supplied but absolutely NO response. I am really disgusted at Matt Harnacker and Jesse Drent as they portray themselves as people with integrity but they obviously are not.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. As mentioned on our website, our subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. This is the reason the charge occurred.
