I ordered my Samsung Smart 48 inch TV on Monday 8th June just after midday, online, having spoken to a very helpful man in the sales dept on the phone. It arrived (360 miles away in Northumberland) at 10am the following day. Brilliant!
There was an issue with the remote which I rang up about on 10th June afternoon. Having spoken to a couple of sales staff, a really helpful man called Ebou arranged to send out a replacement remote which arrived this morning. It works perfectly. Thank you so much for the impressive service given by this company. Will certainly use again.

Bought my new TV from here. Best price I could find - £400 less than Currys, John Lewis and AO. All arrived in good time - great delivery and easy installation. Very happy with it. I am outside their service area so I got a task rabbit guy to install the TV

I purchased a washing machine from hills portslade the guy who sold it to me was very pleasant..
But yes there's a big but !!
The delivery guys for hills where absolutely and completely awful and i mean the worst of the worst !They where extremely rude and after I said I was going to report them one of the delivery guys called me a weird person ..Well call me weird then but I just don't like rudeness Full stop ..it's unesscary and not needed
I did ring up and complain
I was offered 25 pounds for the rudeness and name calling
But I would rather give a honest review than be compensated with a few pounds
In the future I will take my business else where and shall encourage other people I know to do the same

I had a small problem with my Samsung TV. I contacted them and there was a new TV delivered WITHOUT any dispute . Massive thanks to Ashley in helping me. He was brilliant in all aspects of the transaction. I would highly recommend you buy from this little independent retailer. Please help the small businesses , I did and will use again . I have every confidence in Hills.
