Fantastic service to quickly repair a burst hot water pipe.
I filled out an online form and recieved a text within a couple of minutes of submitting the form, giving a time slot in which the plumber would arrive.
The plumber called with his ETA, hourly rate and to discuss the problem. When the plumber arrived he was professional, asked us to provide an overview of the issue and then got straight to work on the repair.
Very impressed with the quick service provided on a Sunday afternoon.

Prompt return to fix a damaged part that unluckily failed after first repair attempt. . Polite and good comms from the plumber, and also the call handler.

Engineer came and eventually cleared the blockage by cutting into the waste pipe and descaling with a rotary device.
This was brilliant news,he cleaned up and departed.

Imagine my surprise when I received a report from Dyno Rod informing me that the job was only guaranteed for 14 days as limescale deposits still remained within the pipe .This was never discussed with me by the engineer as the report was made after he had left the house and I object strongly to my signature being used in my absence
And I never received a receipt.!!

The plumber acted very professionally and immediately identified the problem. This led to the replacement of a leaky tap unit.

Easy to book.. Turned up at agreed time. Completely solved our problem.

A little more customer consideration would have been welcome.
Advice on supplier of spares could have been better.
I also have doubts about the actual problem - was it a faulty control unit or just a leaking valve?

Blocked outside drain.
Carl from dyno rod west midlands cleared my blocked drain in seconds. Cleaned my drain, wiped clean the drain cover and poured disinfectant into the drain.
