Sehr schneller Versand via DHL Express worldwide, einwandfreie Ware

Dear Marion,
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you may have encountered.
We would like to clarify that your order was placed over the weekend, during which our operations tend to slow down.
Regarding pricing, our product prices do not include VAT or taxes. Unfortunately, customs duty charges are beyond our control, as they are determined by your local customs authorities. This information is clearly stated on our website, particularly on the product page next to the selected shipping options, and across various pages such as terms and conditions, shipping information, and FAQs.
It's important to note that we cannot predict when or how much these charges may occur, as this is entirely at the discretion of your country's customs authority. As stated on our website, we cover the shipping fees, but any import duties are the responsibility of the buyer, as they are imposed by your customs authorities, over which we have no control.
For any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at cs@creationwatches.com. We are here to help and ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience.
Thank you for your understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
Best regards,
Sally
Uhr weg, Geld weg
Stand Juli 2026
