In stock but slow delivery
Purchased 2 couches on 10/4/2026. We ended up deciding on the couches because they were listed to have 60 in stock at NC warehouse and was told they could get them in 2 weeks then we would set up delivery to our house following week. We are now a month out and they are still in NC with no ETA because they said they have to wait for a truck to be full before it can ship. Nice how this changes after they have 6k of our money wrapped up.

Purchase was great! Delivery was not.
We had a wonderful purchasing experience when we made our recent sofa purchase. Unfortunately, delivery was less than expected by far. The delivery crew left gouges in the door frame of my front door and I noticed a hole in the side of the brand new sofa. I was contacted by text indicating I would be hearing from customer service, but as yet, I've not heard anything about what can be done to make this right. I hope to hear something soon.

Went in to get a washer and dryer
Went in to get a washer and dryer. Picked out what I wanted and paid. Upon delivery they brought the wrong color set and told us for the set we asked for it would be 50 extra dollars and I'd have to wait another week to get them. On the form to fill out there is no way to separate which color u want but by model number which a customer isn't going to know. Do better sandys!
