Bought numerous items that have come in all different sizes. Purchased Medium shorts and had XL delivered.
Tried returning but as I don’t have the order number (deleted email) they won’t proceed.

Great customer service after sales were amazing I purchased some shorts for holiday ordered a size small as I’m a 30” waste I thought the fit was to small sent back for a medium arrived in 3 days flew out to kefelonia put the medium on and no they were to big I realised then I should have kept the small I was absolutely gutted and thought crap I’ve wasted £40 on a pair of shorts contacted customer services and they assured me they would exchange these for me back to the small back office holiday sent back 5 days later new shorts arrive in small what can I say but wow what a great experience and great customer service excellent experience 100% recommend and will be purchasing more items

Same as a lot of others. Returned trainers and nothing for nearly 5 weeks….. extremely bad returns. Ive opened a clear pay case.

I’ve been purchasing from BELIER for a while now, and they never disappoint! Their clothing is always smart, stylish and great quality, but what really stands out to me is their customer service.

I recently had an issue where I needed to exchange an item. I sent the items back, but unfortunately the tracking wasn’t updating so I’m not sure what happened to the return… but I made BELIER aware that I had done everything on my end, and Julie was absolutely brilliant.

On the very same day I emailed, Julie made sure my replacement items were sent out & and they arrived the very next day! 🙌🏼

It’s experiences like this that really make a difference and show how much they value their customers.

So, a big THANK YOU to Julie for your help and for going above and beyond. 😊 It’s very much appreciated.

Wasn’t too pleased with product or delivery.. took a while to come

My daughter returned a cabin case on 25 June which was not compatible with most standard airline size requirements . Royal Mail confirmed receipt but she is yet to receive her refund . She has emailed Belier 3 times and receives no response whatsoever . Appalling customer service not short of being scammed . She will be writing to trading standards if her refund does not arrive within 7 days .

Item showing as ‘ EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSING‘ 3.5 weeks after placing my order. They have absolutely no idea where the shipment is and aren’t providing proof that they handed it to DHL.

Save yourself the bother and don’t buy from these guys.

Délai long et surtout produit pas a la hauteur du prix payé. Très déçue. Un haut fait en Chine en polyester 39 euros. Manche étroite. Pas du tout élégant je m'attendais à un produit de qualité.

Julie from customer service was amazing, she resolved my issue straight away! Customer service was great from this company and will be shopping here again soon.

Sent the above order back to Belier on the 23rd June. They received it on the 26th June via their Royal Mail tracked portal. It is now the 13th July and still no refund, no response from Belier either when emailed them. Also they're selling sliders at £45 a pair which fell to bits on holiday. Avoid at all costs

Unacceptable quality of luggage

Absolutely unacceptable.

I discovered just before travelling that the lock didn’t even work properly on there luggage which I purchased from them. To make matters worse, the suitcase has no zip at all as a backup—something even the cheapest luggage has.

I had to rush out and buy another suitcase before my trip because there was no way I was trusting this one with my belongings.

For a £100 suitcase, the quality is shocking. I’m genuinely baffled that this product passed quality control.

I don’t recommend this brand.

Returned order on 8th june. Tracking shows receipt of parcel on the 10th june. Emailed company and no reply re processing return.

J'ai commandé des sandales isabelle de couleur blanche. Lorsque je les ai reçues j'ai été très surprise de voir sur la lanière qui tient le talon un bout d'élastique noir (?). Chaussures de qualité médiocre, les rajouts de cuir sur la semelle sont très voyants, de plus le cuir est mal collé. Heureusement qu'elles étaient à-60%.

Horrible , took them a week just to send after I emails them , then another 3 weeks now , they supposedly sent it with some company that you even can not track , still did not get my stuff or refund , I do not recommend anyone to order from them, they seem dodgy

Like everyone else, sent the goods back with no response so have now raised a paypal case.

Painful and never buying again.

At the moment I seem to be inbetween sizes,and my order of 3 items were all on the large side. I paid £3.99 delivery.So i want to return them i was really annoyed to find out this was going to cost me £5.95 .So in total I have paid 6p shy of a tenner for an order that is no good for me. Won't be ordering again from this company

The service from this company was outstanding , ordered the clothing and received the next day. I was truly impressed by the quality of the material when it arrived. I will certainly be stacking my wardrobe with Belier for the summer season.

Have worn Belier products for years, top quality materials and always the perfect fit, first class customer service.
Couldn’t recommend enough.
