The first order I placed, the description on the website of the dress, wasn't what I received. Upon contacting customer care, they advocated picking something else as opposed to returning the item. A credit was issued so that I could place an order for something else. I did, and the product received this time, I cannot even put my foot in the shoe. Had to donate both items. Will not be ordering from them ever again. It's a sham. The products are poor quality

The products are absolute garbage! The shoes are not sized correctly. It’s impossible to return anything as they want you to send it back to China! DO NOT order from this place.

I have been waiting for my shoes for 4 weeks now. I should have read the reviews. Do not waste your money with this people.

Shopping on the website was easy and everything felt organised. I could quickly find the different product categories.

The knit sweater looks polished without being too formal. Exactly what I wanted for everyday wear.

Buyer beware! You have to spend a lot of money to return something to them. Then they offer to give you a credit and then when you go to use it, you can’t find where to add the credit and then you get charged again for a second pair of shoes. Their shoes are actually very good looking, but if they don’t fit you or don’t appear as they do on the website, you’re out of luck. I would highly recommend you do not use this website!!!!
They are entirely capable of giving you a refund, but will not do it

First, the shoes took almost two weeks to arrive. In a Prime world, this is forever. That should have been my first sign that they were coming from overseas... The shoes were TERRIBLE quality. They looked like something one would purchase from Temu or similar. I requested a refund, and we will see how big of an issue it is to real with their return process. :-(

Needed to make a return and the instructions were actually very clear. It was easier than I expected.

My package arrived one day later then expected, but everything was packed nicely and the item looked just like described.

The trousers have a really flattering fit and I can wear them with so many different tops. Very pleased with them :)

This company is a total scam!! BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased 4 different pairs of orthopedic shoes. Delivery took a month to arrive. They definitely came from
china. The shoes are so cheaply made, they smell like plastic and they arrived all thrown in a bag. One of the heels has a huge lump on the sole of the shoe. Another pair feels like 2 different sizes and so uncomfortable. Definitely not ortho comfort. I spent $180+ on this “huge sale” they are not worth more than $60 total. I am so disappointed I don’t want to be bothered with a return, but lesson learned.

Really happy with the dress! It looked elegant in the photos and the sizing guide helped me pick the right size. Delivery took around a week.

If I could rate it a zero I would. The purchase promise is 5-10 business days. I am approaching the 20th business day. Communications for the company are scripted and not related to my order. There are no working phone numbers. Stay clear of this business.

I'm usually diligent on checking reviews before ordering from an online retailer that isn't well known. Their website tricked me though, and I did not check before ordering. The quality of the "orthopedic" shoes is a joke. Not just that the footbed is completely flat, the material of the sandles...I've never seen shoes made so cheaply. I'll try for a refund. I've also seen several other websites that appear very similar with a different name..beware.

I have read the reviews posted by numerous people and my experience is identical. Extremely poor quality, false advertising, returns are a nightmare. I wish I had read the reviews before I made my purchase. I feel like such a fool. BTW - I purchased "orthopedic" loafers. What a joke - there is NO cushioned insole or arch support at all.
I am going to donate the shoes and plan to debate the charge with my credit card company.

This site is a scam. The products are shipped from China and they make it impossible to get a refund. If you try to return the shoes, they claim they will refund you, but you have to pay total cost of return shipping to China, which they even admit is usually more expensive than the cost of the product.

None of the items fit, everything was extremely small. And I have been waiting for a Return Authorization but have-not received requested authorization to return items. The description on website stated the dresses are made of cotton material however all the dresses were polyester. And the shoes were listed as leather however the material is cheap, pleather, man made material. Beware do not order from Alice & Benjamin Collection!!! You will be extremely disappointed in every single item.

I should have read the reviews! Horrible quality! Horrible customer service! Costs more to return and they knew this before you order. They do not disclose that this comes from China NOT the USA. Save yourself the agony!
