I would like to thank Yawar and alhadi travels for the experience of a life time. Everything was very smooth . The timing and booking. We didn't have to wait at all for anything. All was planned very well. Yawar was with us all the way. Always making sure we were comfortable and happy. Also I'd like to thank the staff at the hotel. Especially tilal al jabar mecca. This was my second time booking my Umrah with Alhadi Travels, and once again they exceeded my expectations. This time, Sister Amina looked after our package, and I can't thank her enough for her exceptional service.

I was travelling with young children, so I was naturally very anxious. Looking back, I know my stress sometimes made me come across as impatient, but Sister Amina remained calm, kind, and professional throughout. She reassured me at every step and handled all my concerns with great patience.

She also kindly arranged an upgrade to GMC vehicles at my request, which made the longer journeys so much more comfortable for my children. It was a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference to our trip.

The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Communication was excellent, everything was well organised, and most importantly, everything was exactly as promised. It's rare to find a travel company that truly delivers what they advertise.

A huge thank you to Sister Amina and the whole Alhadi Travels team for making our Umrah journey so memorable and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone planning Umrah and, InshaAllah, I will definitely be using their services again.

My experience with Nouman Bhai has been great and my overall experience with Al Hadi Travel has been great. There were no issues throughout my travel in terms of travel and transport and everything was made very easy for me and my brother. I first got in contact with Al Hadi Travel to arrange a booking to go to Umrah, I dealt with Armaghan , who was very efficient and great in responsing. Alhadi Travels helped us booked our Umrah package. We had some issues with the hotel and flights at the beginning but Alhadi travels was very quick to resolve the issues, the manager his name I think was Yasir was amazing to sort it all out, and give us great hotels and the initial flight we wanted , as my mum is a stroke patient we needed hotels close to the Holy Kabaa and same in medina. The travels found us hotel walking distance in both places. Amina was also always available to answer any questions we had at all times and worked late to sort things out with Yasir which was good. We will use them again in the future.

Found AlHadi travel via Google search and trustpilot reviews for my 2026 Ummrah trip. I messaged a few companies who all had reasonable prices but went for AlHadi travel due to the agent who filled me with confidence and listened to each request to create a perfect custom package for us. Kept in touch all the way through the process, answering any questions or concerns we had. Completed all Visas, transport and hotels bookings. Hotels were excellent especially the Swisshotel al Maqam in Makkah, although its part of clock tower, has its own entrance and therefore you dont have to wait for lifts ect making it very convenient. Rooms for both hotels we stayed at were great, breakfast was good, nice staff and location (both about 3 or 4 minutes from mosques).
I was very impressed with the transportation company also, who kept in touch before, during and after each trip.
The agent from Alhadi also messaged me throughout my trip making sure everything was OK and checking whether we needed anything.
Overall, an amazing experience which was enhanced due to the service recieved by Alhadi travel, Insha'Allah will use them again and would definitely recommend.
