We recently purchased a Nuna booster seat from Albee Baby, and once again, they did not disappoint! The ordering process was easy, shipping was incredibly fast, and our purchase arrived exactly as expected. This was probably our 10th purchase from Albee Baby over the years, and they have consistently been our go-to whenever we’re looking for larger or higher-priced baby and kids’ items. Their selection, pricing, and customer service keep us coming back every time. Highly recommend Albee Baby!

⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — I Won’t Shop Here Again

Unfortunately, after multiple frustrating experiences with Albee Baby, I will not be purchasing from them again.

Their return policy is incredibly disappointing, especially for a company selling premium baby products. I received a duplicate item as a gift and was shocked to learn that returning it would cost approximately $44 in shipping. I was then told that return labels essentially need to be prepaid at the time of purchase for an additional premium—which makes very little sense when someone is purchasing a gift and has no way of knowing whether the recipient will need to return or exchange it.

My most recent experience was even worse. I placed an order using a valid discount, only for Albee Baby to cancel the order. After calling customer service, I was told I would have to place the order again, but now the discount I originally used is no longer valid. It honestly makes me question why the order was canceled in the first place when the end result is that I now have to reorder the exact same product at a higher price.

Trying to actually reach customer service is another ordeal. Their hold music is unbelievably loud and unpleasant and somehow seems to get louder and faster the longer you’re waiting. On multiple occasions, either no one answers and the call eventually goes to voicemail, or someone answers, puts you on hold, and then never comes back. For customers purchasing expensive baby gear, this level of service is unacceptable.

Their website has also been extremely frustrating. On my computer, every time I added the car seat to my cart, the website would not allow me to complete checkout. I eventually tried from my phone and had no issue placing the order. For an online retailer, basic checkout functionality should not be this inconsistent.

Between the poorly functioning website, restrictive return policies, expensive return shipping, canceled order, loss of my original discount, difficulty reaching anyone by phone, and overall poor customer service, shopping with Albee Baby has been far more difficult than it should be.

It’s a shame because they carry great baby brands, but the customer experience does not match the premium products or prices whatsoever. There are too many other baby retailers with better websites, return policies, and customer service for me to ever choose Albee Baby again.

Fast shipping and good packaging. Will purchase more baby stuff in the future.

I purchased the Nuna Wheeled Stroller Bag for our first time traveler (our 7 month old) Albee shipped extremely fast and it arrived before the trip! The bag itself fits our Nuna Stroller well but it only has wheels on one side of the bag so it is clunky to move around. For $300 I would have done some more research on a easier gliding, and potentially more inexpensive, bag.
