Absolutely fantastic service. My order was delivered to the wrong address and within half an hour Christine knew where it was, was speaking to the courier to get it collected and delivered promptly. Absolutely awesome.

Prompt and good service

The quality of the things I ordered were good. However most was partially defrosted, meaning that when I froze the bags again, I had huge clumps which could not be broken apart. Instead of a couple of frozen treats in hot weather, each of my big dogs was given a solid lump of lung. 1kg each. The rabbit ears again were in a solid lump and no amount of smashing it on the concrete floor broke them apart, so the whole bag went to one dog and the other got the whole bag of solid frozen turkey necks.
That alone is the reason I won't be ordering again because instead of lasting a few weeks, they lasted 2 days..

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid if you need reliable raw food delivery

I would give 0 stars if I could.

I placed an order of around £63 worth of raw dog food and paid an additional £7 for next-day delivery because my dog relies on this food. After placing the order, I found out that because it was submitted after 11:30 am (something that was far from clear on the website), it wasn't even going to be dispatched that day. Instead, it was automatically moved to the next shipping slot.

That was already disappointing, but it got much worse.

The courier then experienced delays, meaning my order was pushed back yet another day. I only found this out because I had to contact customer service myself. Nobody proactively informed me that the delivery I had specifically paid extra for was no longer happening.

Since I had paid for a service that was clearly not provided, I politely requested a refund of the £7 next-day delivery charge. Instead of offering any goodwill or taking responsibility, I was told that my entire order had been cancelled, despite the fact that I never requested a cancellation.

This left me scrambling to find alternative food for my dog. Because of their incompetence, my dog had to eat different food instead of the raw diet he is used to, something any responsible dog owner tries to avoid. When you're buying raw food, consistency matters, and this company showed absolutely no understanding of that.

The customer service was honestly one of the worst I've experienced. There was no accountability, no attempt to resolve the issue fairly, and no concern whatsoever for the inconvenience they caused.

Charging customers for next-day delivery, failing to provide it, giving unclear information on the website, and then cancelling an order without the customer's consent is completely unacceptable.

I will never order from this company again and would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable raw dog food supplier to look elsewhere.
