Always room for improvement
The most important thing in my opinion is the call back where you engage with a person. This may not be important to the younger generation but l don’t know. Maybe this can be worked on to push this feature of your policy. I am 68, driving sense 17 and never had a claim on my policy.

April is a very friendly bubbly helpful assistant on the other end of the phone. She was engaged. Tuned into what was needed by a me a person with limited time and busy stressfull life. She was effient going through the required details terms and conditions. There was no messing and got me the best deal with least agro. Very impressed by it all.

All cars are oldish done see anything price for brand new cars.
I bought a new car which was replacing a 3 yr old car.
You increased the cost from 280 up to 550 when I transfer to new car before i could take it on the road.
