Very good service and product. From ordering, confirmation and delivery, I was kept informed of the progress of the order by email, and my Henry Quick Turbo arrived on time.

I am delighted with my Henry Quick Turbo. It is a very effective vacuum cleaner, and I find that the charge lasts well. I have 'retired' my large Henry Pet, which has served me well in the past, cleaning up dog hair and general household dust etc. He still gets used to clean the car (my dog taxi), and any heavier tasks, but has been superseded by the Henry Quick Turbo for daily domestic use.

Great item only one problem doesn’t stand up on his own and needs to lean against the wall or furniture which could damage them so I hope in the near future will see a Henry that can stand up on his own😎🙏👍

Love it so easy to use

I own a Henry and also a Henrietta stick vacuum and think they are both brilliant. The Henrietta is a little heavy but this is only due to its sturdiness. Just purchased some more pods for my Henrietta. For such small pods initially, they do hold a lot once they expand. Happy customer

I purchased a Henry CleanAir in 2024 from myhenry.com. It includes a HEPA filter that appears to be replaceable, yet MyHenry does not sell replacement filters and advises that the filter is designed to last the lifetime of the appliance.

After only two years of normal use, the HEPA filter has developed an unpleasant odour, presumably because it has trapped dust, bacteria and other contaminants over time. Ideally, this should be a replaceable maintenance item.

The only replacement filters I can find from third-party suppliers cost around £160, which is almost the price of buying a brand-new vacuum cleaner complete with accessories.

This experience has been very disappointing. I won't be buying another Henry vacuum and will be returning to Miele, where replacement filters are readily available as part of normal maintenance.

I have had my Henry hoover for many years, I've had to have his lead replaced once, Henry was ok after his ordeal, a year or so ago I needed to replace his attachments, not realising at the time that I had actually bought from a site that wasn't genuine, Henry knew, he tried telling me by spitting them out on a very regular basis, finally after wracking my brain as to what could be wrong with Henry I decided to buy another set of attachments then it dawned on me, these were an inferior item, I found the correct site ordered some new ones that arrived really quickly and fitted them into Henry, it's safe to say he's as good as new, they've not been spat out once so they definitely fit properly and Henry is happy doing what he does best and efficiently 😊

Henry hoover is extremely versatile.. Far cheaper in comparison to dyson or other hi tech hoovers. But it handles the task in hand very well indeed. Light weight and easy to manoeuvre.
The wife loves it.
