Sent me 3 months supply that only lasted till the second vial expired on 9/6/26. When I called to get refill, they told me to continue using the expired medication. Even if I could continue to use the expired medicine, there is not enough in the vial to last another 3 shots. I asked for them to send me an extra vial and I would pay for it and they were going to charge $129 + $69 shipping for 1 vial

They worked with me to switch to the annual plan before the Labor Day sale price ends while I'm trying to get Medicare to approve it.

The representative Noah Black was very helpful to my concerns. After speaking to my doctor as per amount in each syringe of 1.3mg in each, and No effects of taking medication on Sunday (two syringes) it's been decided to cancel any further prescription! Thank you for your time.

I left a very critical review of WellMedr a few hours ago after a wrong prescription, a missed replacement deadline, and a week of no response. I'm updating it because the outcome deserves to be on the record.

Shortly after posting, I received a personal call from upper management. They didn't make excuses. They listened, took responsibility, and addressed every issue I raised. They made it right — and then some — and the correct medication is shipping out immediately.

They were candid about what happened. WellMedr is a new company going through explosive growth, and they're hiring and training as fast as they can to keep up. My order fell through the cracks during that. That's not an excuse for the lapse, but it is an explanation, and the way they handled it once it reached the right person tells me more about the company than the mistake did.

What impressed me most was the concern. This wasn't a scripted apology. It was someone who clearly cares about the people relying on the product and was willing to stand behind it personally.

Every company makes mistakes. Very few fix them like this. I'll be sticking with WellMedr.

I placed an order with WellMedr three weeks ago. It took a full week to arrive, and when it did, it was the wrong prescription. I contacted them immediately and was promised a replacement within 24 hours.

That was a week ago. Nothing has shipped. Nothing has been refunded.

In the meantime I have sent multiple emails and left multiple messages. Not one has been answered. I can't even log in to their website to check my order or open a support ticket — the account I paid through is now inaccessible to me. My payment was taken on day one and has never been returned.

This is not a late package. This is a medication I depend on, and because of WellMedr's mistake and then their silence, I have gone without it and my health has suffered as a direct result. A company that handles prescriptions should understand that a lapse is not an inconvenience — it is a medical problem they created.

To summarize:

1 week to deliver the wrong prescription
Promised a 24-hour replacement, now 7+ days overdue
Multiple emails and messages, zero response
Cannot log in to the website at all or reset password.
Payment taken, nothing correct delivered, no refund
Patient left without medication and unwell

I would not trust this company with anything, let alone something your health depends on. Order elsewhere.
