Did not receive the order placed on 6/26. The tracking information indicated that the package was not packed according to the supplier’s guidelines (Terms and Conditions). It was therefore returned to the sender. A refund was denied. This used to be a really good recommendation for buying sportswear, but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.

Ordered on July 19th 2026. Still have not received notification that the item has even been shipped. I’ve sent numerous emails, tried calling and have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a representative. I’m currently trying to speak with someone and have been waiting for a representative for an hour and 30 minutes. I’ve never experienced this before, truly such terrible customer service and response time.

I placed my order on July 21st, and it hasn't even shipped yet. I received an email stating that it would be dispatched on August 10th, but ever since then, I haven't received any reply to my emails. This is ridiculous. How can an order be stuck without even starting shipment for over a month? At this point, I seriously doubt if you even have the item in stock to send. Exactly when are you planning to ship my order?

Order placed on 08Aug2026, never processed, never shipped. This company must be a shell. I have alerted my credit card company to block any postings by them, and I will never be using them again. No reply to several emails, they don't have a functional phone mumber, but they sure do have an active social media team. EMBARRASSING. If you're reading this, find another company to spend your money, they don't care about soccer, it's fans, or your satisfaction.

Jersey name set came crooked and shrunken. Called customer service with no response after an hour. Emailed and haven’t received a response in over a week

Placed an order, it was never sent. No email response to questions four days later, no answer on the "customer service" phone line after 10+ minutes on hold. Will remember to avoid them in the future and monitor credit for an attempt to put the charge through.

Edit: now they want me to provide my order number in a public forum? How? What about responding to emails sent to your support team?

I placed my order 7/28/26 with overnight shipping. My order was expected to be delivered 7/30/26. It never arrived. I wrote customer service and they responded August 4, claiming they would refund the $34.49 overnight shipping fee and that the item would be shipped soon. It is currently 8/18/26 and I haven’t received my order. Customer service has also gone radio silent.

Update: Today I received a phone call from the business about my order. After waiting weeks, I was informed that my order is out-of-stock. Nothing was offered as a consolation for my wasted time. Smh

Update: The company has extended a $250 coupon for my troubles. Will let you know if I receive an item.

Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. The worst part is that World Soccer Shop is a US-based company, but their service and fulfillment are horrible.
I ordered a Spain World Cup jersey on July 6th with an expected 7–10 day delivery window. Seven days later, only a small gift arrived. When I called, I was told the jersey was delayed. By the time it finally arrived, the World Cup was completely over—at least Spain won!
To top it off, they sent the wrong size, and since the final was already over, I had no use for it anyway. Trying to return their mistake has been impossible. Their customer service is a joke: you spend hours on hold waiting for someone to pick up, and they completely ignore emails. Do not buy from them.

So first the good. They had the size of the jersey I wanted.

But the bad:

They charge for shipping on orders over $100. Many competitors don’t do that. I could live with that if they shipped quickly. But their shipping is a joke. They printed a shipping label and charged my card within hours of placing the order. It was another EIGHT days before the envelope left their facility and was given to USPS. This isn’t ETSY. They aren’t making the products. All they have to do is put it in an envelope and give it to USPS.

There’s no chance I’ll use them again. Very disappointing.

Easy to order. Shipping is a joke. Package arrived and jersey was literally in a ball in the bag. Did not look new due to this. Wrinkles were ridiculous. Had to be steamed to release all the wrinkles. Contacted the store and did not really care and gave brush off.

Placed an order after hours on Thursday July 2nd, immediately called on Friday July 3rd at 6am PST after realizing I ordered an incorrect size on a standard Chelsea T-shirt for $37. Asked customer service if I could have the size changed on in my order on the T-shirt. This was about 8-10 hours after initial order. I was initially told I could cancel my order and then re-order. I was then told....oops it's too late, order is in processing so can't cancel. But I can return item and re-buy correct size. However, I would need to pay for return shipping followed by shipping on my new order. Wth.... This is a $37 T-shirt. So I have to pay $12.99 ( my shipping cost) to return and another $12.99 in shipping if I re-order just to get a size medium vs a large in a standard fan tshirt??? Makes more sense at this point to donate the brand new shirt to the Goodwill. I will spread the word amongst the circles I run in with kids who are avid soccer players and fans, Do not order from World Soccer Shop. Order locally in case a change or exchange needs to be made. Completely ridiculous for them to even suggest returning and rebuying when shipping charges ( return and re-buy) will add $26 to a $37 t shirt. Anyway-lesson learned. Don't purchase from World Soccer Shop. My order is 0437209351 in case the company actually reads these.

SCAMMERS!! This website is an absolute scam, please please please do not order from here. I ordered a jersey that was supposed to arrive in 3 days and received an email from World Soccer that it would be on back order until july. I then asked to cancel my order, they ignored my email, and "sent" the jersey and marked it as delivered when no such package arrived. I have still not received a response from them and its been over a week. PLEASE don't do what I did and do not order from them.

I ordered a Germany soccer jersey for my wife on Friday at 8:34 AM. I paid the extra charge for 2-day air shipping. The item was in stock and I did not ask for customization. They say in their shipping policies that if ordered before 2 pm, it would be shipped same day.
I expected the jersey no later than the following Wednesday.
It's Tuesday afternoon and they haven't shipped it yet!
Germany is playing on Thursday.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT THEM TO SHIP IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Follow up - I called the customer service line. I explained the situation. The customer service associate told me she would try to convince the shipping department to change my order to overnight shipping, as opposed to the 2nd day air shipping I had purchased. I received an email from WorldSoccerShop at 5:54 pm on Wednesday. The shipping was still 2nd day air and I should receive my merchandise Friday afternoon. Clearly, their customer service department doesn't have any pull with their shipping department.
Let me reiterate: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR IF YOU EXPECT TIMELY SHIPPING.

Placed an order on 6/16/2026 for a jersey and paid an additional $25.49 for expedited 2 day shipping. Website and email state that shipping would take place by 6/19/2026. It is now 6/22/2026 and the jersey is still sitting in their warehouse waiting for pickup. I called them and spoke with the most unhelpful rep I have ever encountered. Her excuse was that the dates are just a guideline and not guaranteed. I attempted to cancel the order as I am leaving for a trip in the morning and will not be home for 6 weeks to accept the delivery. Her solution is for me to return the jersey. I tried to tell her I will be travelling and will not be home within their 30 day return. She said there are no exceptions to the return policy. So now I am stuck with a $190 charge with $25.49 in additional shipping charges, only to not receive my order, and then be told I cant return it unless I somehow get back home from the other side of the world and mail it back to them within 30 days. I will be getting Amex involved regarding this charge and embarrassment of a company

Deceptive shipping and poor customer support.
I paid for Express 2-day Shipping and my order took 4-days to get to me. Customer support claims that it arrived in 2-business days and refused any refunds. Nowhere on their site, during the order process, or on my receipt was 'business' listed. DO NOT PAY FOR EXTRA SHIPPING!

Consummate professionals. Website is functional, great selection, decent turnaround time, customer service is tremendous. I've ordered dozens of kits from them, they have not disappointed.

If i had to be picky... I ordered 4 kits this one particular shopping session and they sent 3 kits almost immediately, the 4th kit was a real madrid Mbappe authentic, it was backorder so it took a bit longer. That's happened 2 or 3 times where I'll get 75 prefect of my order efficiently, but due to world cup madness - I'm not being critical to them, that's just fan frenzy killing the availability. I ordered a man city authentic Haaland and it was just too slim, i called the help line and spoke to a delightful, helpful young lady and she helped me to a return, emailed me the printout and the process was so efficient. Great communicating and friendly. Blame puma, not the vendor.

I will 100 percent always order from them. I'm in Las Vegas Nevada.
