I have just signed my employment contract via WorkMotion. It is overall a very pleasant experience. Everyone I have worked with on the team was professional and friendly. The negotiation process took a bit longer Ethan expected but it was a smooth process.

What could improve about this service, it’s that is very confusing having 3 different “employers”. I have the actual employer, then a local employer of record, and then WorkMotion as an intermediary between those two. It should be made clear from the beginning what the scope of responsibilities is for each of them. Additionally there seems to be unclear communication between all of these employers. Right now I have an issue with my contract and it seems it’s all thanks to the lack of communication and complexity of three different entities having to talk to one another. So while the experience with the platform alone has been good, this intermediary thing leads rather to trouble.

With workmotion, procedures happened seemlessly and swiftly. I was inducted and guided through several compulsory trainings and all stages have worked well. I had an appointment slot for ID verification, that fitted into my availability with no hiccups.

The onboarding has been nothing but phenomenal so far, with very quick replies and solutions. Overall, the platform has great UI and it is very easy to hire talents all over the world without having to deal with the compliance in different countries.

Great onboarding experience, seamless and easy to understand and navigate. Would highly recommend. Response times and notification alerts are speedy and the support from staff is top tier.

I really like how easy the platform is to use and how seamlessly it connects you with international contractors in the right jurisdictions. The only downside I experienced was that document uploads occasionally failed, requiring me to upload them again. Improving the reliability of the document upload process would make the overall experience even better.

Overall a solid tool that helps to move the employment process along.

The UI is simple and effective. I have also received excellent support with even very complicated topics. All in all, a very positive experience that has given me stability by allowing me to keep working for my company even after moving abroad.

Used the work motion system for onboarding and must say it's easy to use, from navigating around updating information, they quickly attend to any questions one might have, would definetly recommend it

The platform is well set out and easy to use and the support staff have been responsive. It did take a while to get the contract paperwork done. The login experience is however surprisngly cumbersome - you have to use a long winded 2-factor email authentication everytime you login.

Powerful design tools with room for improvement

I’ve found the software very useful for my day-to-day design work. The design and editing tools make it easier to create professional content efficiently, while the AI features are helpful for generating ideas and getting started on creative tasks.

There are still areas that could be improved, particularly pricing, integrations, onboarding, AI capabilities, and overall performance. A more flexible pricing structure, smoother integrations, and a clearer onboarding experience would make the platform even better.

Overall, it has helped streamline my workflow and save time when working on design projects.

The onboarding process was quite simple and easy. I had raised a few concerns and was promptly assisted by a support agent, who clarified all of my concerns almost immediately

I recently signed my employment contract through WorkMotion, and the onboarding was one of the smoothest I've been through. My onboarding specialist, explained each step clearly, shared the contract draft for my review before signature, and kept me informed while we waited on the client side. She also pointed out a contract option specific to my situation that I hadn't asked about, and updated the paperwork right away.

After signing, I needed an employer form completed for the French employment agency. It came back signed the same day.

I haven't started yet, so I can't comment on payroll, but the onboarding experience has been excellent.

The HR team have been really efficient with answering any tickets, supporting me with the paperowrk for mat leave and updating passport docs etc. Their payments are always on time and any interactions have always been polite and professional.
