How pathetic that these people can get away with lying to the public and sending you absolutely CRAP!! You can buy a better baby at the dollar store!! what they send you is a lie ! I’m not even kidding.This is definitely false advertisement! DO NOT waste your money. Do not waste your time. You know how sad my daughter’s gonna be. She’s going to be so disappointed!! I spent over $100 on baby that cost five bucks at the dollar store! Not joking!! They look Nothing like the pictures they have online! Shame on this company!

I would give 0 stars if it was a possibility. The quality of these dolls are awful. I bought several for my older granddaughter and they are so fake/the hair is AWFUL/ they look nothing like the photos. They make it impossible to return and play dumb to whatever it is you are requesting. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RSG DOLLS! Everything about them is negative 0 stars.

This company is aweful do not buy customer service is a nightmare paid 50 for a small doll was very disappointing horrible workmanship and faulty advertising they are overseas and refuse for you to return your item even if you want to as to which I want to desperately

I ordered a baby doll from my baby Matthew and Aiden and they didn’t look like the picture the boy is so inappropriate like I got her this sent. She been asking for it forever so I got her. Like. Give me a refund.

If I could give this company a zero I would! DO NOT BUY THIS DOLLS! They are nothing like what they advertised. They stoped responding emails and they keep your money. I had sent several emails to request and address to return this ugly doll, it is horrible, it looks like a fetus that is not fully develop. They advertise full refund warranty if not satisfied with the product but they refuse to provide an address or instructions for return process. I’ve been emailing since the first day we received the package and I took pictures and sent them proving the dolls is unused but they are thief!!! DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!

My mom got one of these dolls for my daughter. I want her to return it and get her money back. This product is 100% not what is advertised. 100% not realistic. The doll does not bend, mold in any direction. The extended hands on the doll look like skeleton hands. Super extended. This doll would be better sold in spirit halloween as a scary prop then a realistic baby.

Idk why everyone is having bad experiences but I got my reborn from here almost 2 years ago and she's still going strong and isnt a scam I love her very much but I wish it came with more accessories I think my next reborn will be coming from amazon again cause this site could change or something

Warning for anyone considering ordering from RSG Dolls.

I ordered a reborn doll from this company believing it was a UK-based business. The doll I received was significantly different from the photos advertised on the website and the quality was extremely poor.

The company instructed me to return the doll to China for a refund. I paid for the return shipping, tracking confirms the item was delivered, and since then they have stopped responding to emails completely.

Be careful before purchasing. Keep screenshots of everything and use a payment method that allows chargebacks.

the reply here says I need to send an email to them and they will assist. I have been sending emails every day for the last couple of weeks.

Horrible customer service. The dolls are cheaply made and nothing like the website. Do NOT order from them.

They are a scam. fraudulent. Received a totally different doll than what I ordered. The doll is hard and freaky looking. Contacted them and they offered me 10% I said no I want my money back. They offered me 20%. I said no I want my money back. Now They are ignoring me.

If I could give a negative 10 rating I would. These scammers need to be shut down. I ordered a doll on 4/3/26 and received the doll on 4/13/26. No issues with the shipping time as I understand it's coming from China. What I do have an issue with is like the majority of the reviews and that's their product accuarcy. The dolls you receive are CLEARLY not the same dolls that are listed on their website. They say the mold is the same, but how in the HE** do you show a doll online with open hands and the doll I get has closed hands. Haha That's just one of many issues with the doll. And they still try and tell you it's the same mold like we're stupid! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY! I'm glad I used PayPal.

I sent an email and got the same response as plenty of others that have the same issues.
I wish these reviews were available prior to my ordering.
They offered a measly 20% refund on a $75 product.
I purchased from Australia for my granddaughters birthday and will not be giving it to her as I am totally disgusted in the product and the pathetic response from this SCAM company.

The reviews did not pop up until after unfortunately I ordered paid for and received the doll that looks like a Dollar General doll never again and I wanna refund. This is the worst ever wow, you guys really out here scamming people.

The doll we ordered was nothing like the picture represented on the website. It actually appeared to be a used doll, with used looking clothing and the hair was knotted. Save yourself money and DO NOT order from this company

It's a joke ask for a refund over and over and get the same response or worse a offer for 20 dollars back for dolls that I didn't even order they look nothing like the dolls advertised from the hair to the body's and the cloths also not silicone. One has a difigured hand I bought four of them for my grand babies and just to have them think they were getting different baby dolls that looked like the ones they hand picked was so disappointing . There has to be something that can be done legally to either shut them down or make them advertise the dolls they are going to really send to hard working people. I give them no stars, worst business I've ever dealt with and I'm so disgusted with the response from a so called business.

I wouldn’t even give this scam website a 1 star I ordered from this website and wish I would have done some research but I didn’t. I am still trying to get a refund back on my 215$ purchase! They are saying I can only get 15% of my purchase!! These ppl have sent me many of different emails they can’t get it together oh and don’t ask for a phone number because they are working on there call center so no number what kind of company dosent have a number my advice save ur money unless you know 100000%%%who your buying from is REAL RSG dolls is nothing but a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

We ordered what was advertised as a “real lifelike reborn baby doll.” What arrived was a stiff, hard plastic doll that feels no different to something you could buy from a discount store for $20–$30. There is nothing realistic about the texture, flexibility, or overall quality.

To make matters worse, when my 8-year-old daughter gently picked the doll up, the head actually fell off. This was absolutely heartbreaking for her. She had saved $140 AUD of her own money to buy what she believed would be a special, lifelike reborn doll.

The product does not match the advertising in terms of realism or quality. Even the dummy does not stay on properly.

Customer service initially offered only a 20% refund, which is unacceptable considering the condition and quality of the item received.

I would strongly caution others before purchasing.
