Great software for managing people, and it keeps improving. I’m giving it 4 rather than 5 stars because of change management. Updates have sometimes changed reports we depend on without advance notice, which can disrupt our processes. Advance notice of changes to existing reports, plus a changelog or deprecation window, would make a big difference.

My experience overall has been great. My first time withdrawing from the platform was not an easy task for me as I have selected wrong payment method. Within seconds I had the chat to my disposal guiding me and following up with me step by step. Would recommend for international payments. I just find the fees are a bit steep though to convert.
