I ordered $178.00 worth of fake flowers for my yard on March 30, 2026 and still have not received them. I have sent them two emails and both came back “undeliverable.” Does anyone know how to get in touch with these rip-off artists? I am pissed! 😡

I never received my order. It shipped from China and it was taking forever. I contacted them and they sent me tracking from a third party tracking company. After about 3-4 weeks, they claim it was delivered to me by USPS. I never received it and asked for a refund, but they only told me to check with my post office. Package is no where to be found. What a waste of $40.

I ordered it took several weeks and they SAID they delivered it and I had the local PO investigate with the tracking number that Rearedition gave me and the PO said it was NOT delivered to ME... I had MANY email conversations with Rearedition and they refused to resend or refund. TOTAL RIPOFF. Other Facebook comments say similar things. Never recieved....RUN!!

I can’t believe it actually works, smells great and doesn’t make me look orange!!

What I ordered was 5 hats with solar fans that mist water
and the little bottles to put water in. There were no bottles included and of course no instructions and only one fan on the hat works. They were fathers day gifts and I knew they would be a little late, but it took so long
I became frustrated, I should have ordered from Amazon.
I would have had a better deal at better price!

The worst. Do not buy from them. Lousy quality, lousy customer service, they force you to return merchandise to China if you are unsatisfied. The price is par with good quality buy about 4 times too high for the quality they provide. I got linen outfit that had strings coming out of every seam, was rough and think linen, and I was unable to return. Do not trust them.

It took a very long time to get the product, over a month. When it arrived it looked like dollar store quality and I paid $133+ for six America 250 glasses that I was going to give as gifts. I would never give a cheap product like this as a gift so I tried to return it and they said they would give me $13. After exchanging several emails, they said they would give me $16, then offered $19 refund for my $133+ purchase. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I love the hat. It's perfect. I love that it comes with a strap so it doesn't blow off your head. However, it took a very long time to get it.

Took forever to receive my order. Summer almost half over!!

I ordered this mascara product on 4/18/26.

Original tracking info was through LEADING Logistics, which said that the parcel was coming from Ireland. On 5/17/26, which was last correspondence to me, they said parcel was in Topeka.

I emailed their team on 6/3 and 6/5 asking for updates. I heard nothing from their team until 6/18/26 saying my parcel had been delivered on 5/28/26.

They sent me new tracking information which was now through 17 TRACK and said in DETAIL - parcel left Shenzhen went to China then US (JFK) to Chicago, Pittsburgh, White Plains NY, Stamford, Norwalk and then Westport. What?

It should have come into JFK and come straight to Westport CT. The two different tracking companies and two different countries was very fishy.

Last correspondence to shut me up again was providing me with the USPS tracking number and link to USPS website. When I put that tracking # in which they provided. USPS sent me a message saying tracking number is invalid.

At the end of the day I DO NOT have the product. There are no photos of the package in my mailbox or on my front door step. No proof of delivery. They are also running me around in circles when I ask for a refund. I will contact my CC company and dispute to get my money back. Just really bad people!

I really like this. This is the perfect size. Things that I would like to see as an update or something inside would be a little snap or two to hold a necklace. And also maybe a one of them be a zipper or one of those like on a Ziploc bag, those sliding things. Just so that there’s one pouch in there that is closed off for when you open it up. Otherwise it’s super soft. It’s a perfect size. Doesn’t take up a lot of room and I can fit a nice amount of jewelry in there. I would buy more colors.

I have been waiting on my product for about 1 month and the tracking just came in showing delivered 7/6/26 on 7/9/26. Well, the prior tracking a few days prior said out for delivery on July 8th. How could I receive it on 7/6/26 when it did not leave the receiving facility until 7/8/26. Please go figure. If it arrives, I will resend my review.
